Yeah They're on it in the roosting pic. You can see the metal shining in the sun instead of the black rims that the Bear Claws are on. I'm getting a new picture today. I didn't want to roll the Banshee out into the sleet yesterday.

Saturday was about 70 degrees, nice out, sunny, beatiful riding weather. Heres one pic that sums up the day: Now today on the other hand has been shitty, rainy, sleeting, and mucky. Oh, and below freezing. Glad I took advantage of the nice weather while we had it!

Tires were temporary, I had nothing else to ride on! I bought a set of Kenda Klaw XCR Sport tires and their on it now, 20 inchers. Rides good. The shearer's are going to be for sale and I'm getting a set of low-mid pipes.

It really, really seems like there are a lot of odd people on craigslist around here. 2 days ago someone had a banshee to trade for Justin Beiber's tampon look through my posts, you'll find it if you wanna read it. With those pipes and VF3 reeds apparently his Banshee can beat any other Banshee out there! Must be magic!

Think I should just take the paint off with paint remover and repaint them?

Hey guys. I picked up a second Banshee not too long after my every day rider. My every day rider has Shearer in frame drag pipes, not too good for trails. The other one I picked up has T5's on it but they are painted black. How would I go about getting the paint off them? Could I use a wire wheel drill attachement? or would that take all the shine off too? Thanks!

Thanks for the tips guys. If I was to put up the Shearers for trade do you think I could get a set of Pro Circuit Platinum's and an adustable timing plate in trade? I'd prefer to trade, that way I'm without pipes for the shortest possible period of time...

Hey guys, I recently raised my banshee back up and am putting some new Kenda Klaw XC tires on it. I am thinking about doing GNCC Racing, but I have Shearer in-frame drag pipes which aren't really good when I need that low end power to lug through some stuff. My plans are to buy an adjustable timing plate, new pipes, and an airbox (can't put an airbox on with the shearers so I have pods now). I am looking at several pipes at the moment, mostly the Pro Circuit Platinum's. I also hear good things about Paul Turner mid pipes and FMF SST's. What pipe do you run on your woods Banshee? Do you like it? Pros/cons? Also, how much do you think a nice set of Shearer in frame drag pipes are worth? No rust but they do have minor scuffs here and there, but definitally nice pipes. I see sets go for $400-$600 on ebay but honestly I just want enough to get a set of other less expensive pipes, an airbox, and an adjustable timing plate. Thanks guys

Hey guys. I been looking on youtube but can't find a helmet cam/go pro video of someone on a Banshee doing any harescamble races. Does anyone have a video or link to a video with them or someone else doing a harescamble on a Banshee from a helmet cam?

Are you measuring the inside space or are you measuring the rim too? If your measuring the rim too then you might be getting a false reading. the rim is about 1mm wide, so if you had measured the rim on either sides it would add 2mm to your reading, when the inside diameter is actually 26mm...

I picked up mine with tons of billet aluminum shiny parts, custom grill, aftermarket handlebars, Nerf bars, Shearer in-frame drag pipes, ITP Chrome front rims with Maxxas RZR tires all around and K&N air filters. I switched to POD filters though. He was asking $3000 but I ended up trading for it instead. Deals are out there, just gotta keep looking.

If you build a trail bike, do NOT get Shearer in frames. Mine came with them on and they are all top end. The bike flies, just no low end. Thinking of selling and getting some PC's

Hey guys, I love my Banshee, maybe a little too much. The plastics are mint, no scrapes on the frame, tons of billet aluminum parts, and its beautiful. Because of that, I am too afraid of ruining something to take the Banshee in the dirty-nasty trails I have. This sucks, because I love riding it. But the whole time I am riding it I worry about scratching something or nicking the plastics or denting something. Pretty silly huh?

Anyone know about NC? Also, do you need a special license, generally speaking? or can you just have your normal car license?
