I also tested it on a friends bike, his bike starts fist or 2nd kick and he's also reads 110 on each side. Is 110 still good? Why is mine hard to start when a friends has the same comp and his one is so easy. What else can I check?

What's wrong with the question? I'm trying to diagnose a problem. Maybe with low compression it's hard to start even when the engine is warm. Maybe not.

Oh thats only with the stock exhaust. My packing fell out on my DMC's and that was so loud it was giving me a headache (with the helmet on). Imagine it was off from the silencers.
