I am not ported and I am on stock stroke.... However I just redid top end and went with Vito's superstock pistons and bumped up to a 180 and the jetting is spot on...and I'm still right around the 50 mile mark fuel mileage wise....

I'm at 1000 feet...pwk35 dek needle..165-45 with DMC 916...closed lid foam filter...perfect I've found the closest to perfect at my elevation is 165 to 170 main... I also get roughly 50 miles on a factory tank

If your choke wont stay out put a cloths pin on rod once its out...I don't think that's issue though

i also suggest cutting ALL wires not needed out of harness...i chased a rev limit problem till i got my shit strait and cut them all the way back to the juntions...i had an issue when i hit water it would conduct the wires and give me rev limit...

id start by checking your stater and pickup...ohm the wires and see what ya got...

air density is huge...both being a factor......

what do you consider good compression

yeah...i run it through heatercores all the time but wasnt sure if there was anything differant with these rads

going to clean up cooling system and delete bottle...please let me know if i have this right..thanks delete bottle including feed and return lines cap and clamp vent line under water pump cover case vent hose out to atmospheric rad hoses stay where they belong nipple off fill on rad to atmospheric if theres anything im missing or any precautionary measures i need to take please let me know thanks

I have 03 LE...rear stickers should be obtainable from stealership but if u have trouble finding them I scanned them and can print them out on vinyl anytime I need too..... I think they were 10 bucks a side from Stealer But let me know if you can't get any ill print them out for you if you decide to go "LE" route...

Check all your wiring...sounds like maybe a wire might ground itself out after expansion due to heat...I'd pull harness and inspect.... Doesn't hurt to go over harness and pull tors wiring and e brake wiring out while your at it

Make sure you check your swish before you start the bike....I found out the hard way....

Not all year yfz calipers will work I am told...any truth to this?
