Only reason I'm thinking bout goin to 100octane is bc ev time I go out my plug/plugs back out at least one time during the day. Timing is at +4, on 93 octane so I don't understand why this wud happen, I kno it's due to detonation but I can't seem to fig this shit out. Maybe carbs?? That's y I'm goin to 35pwk to see if this problem gets fixed.

Yea the porting looks good on my cylinders, so maybe I shud run 0.20 or 0.30 base gasket? I'm goin to call WK on Monday and see what they suggest and reccomend. I have assembled motors b4 and been successful so i don't see why this wud be different, I just need the builders specs b4 I begin. I'm not sure if the domes are custom cut that I have, but they are 22cc so it probably ran on race fuel b4 I got it. Still will get custom ones from Tim at Titan to be sure. Also what length swinger wud be good for this setup? I was thinking +8 roundhouse. I will be running in the sand/dirt.

Yea Im def gettin custom cut domes for it from Tim. I was thinking bout call cam at redline and having him assemble the motor or help me out with the setup. What squish wud u reccomended or wud that depend on the cylinder setup?? As I know everyone is different. I'm just trying to do it right the 1st time so that way I won't have to do it again.

I have a 421cub with vf3 reeds, CPI sb if, 35pwks, sea level, 24cc domes, 55-75 degrees out,k&n filters. I was wondering about we're jetting shud be? Also was wondering if I can run 100 octane with pump gas domes? Or at least 50/50? I also have a 4mil drag ported stock cylinder,18cc domes,35pwks,shearer sb if pipes,vf3,same elevation and degrees stated above running on c12 race gas. Was wondering about we're jetting wud be with this setup?? I'm trying to get it dialed in before this coming weekend or atD least close. Thanks-rob

Sup fellas, I'm going to be setting up a 10 mil 535 cheetah drag/dune ported by WK racing. I was wondering what base gasket I shud run? Setup will be running on pump gas/race fuel. Also is 100 octane considered race gas or pump gas? I'm just waiting to order the gaskets and clutch components(lockup,cover,clutch,basket). Is there anything else that I shud do or have done prior to assembly? Please, all help is welcome and appreciated.

not sure who ported the dune jugs but they look good, whoever did it knew wat they were doing. intake side is very smooth. the 4mil jugs i got off a bike i bought from ct, the kid said nsx racing ported them, a local shop up there. there at 64mm. have surface rust but will come off, may need a hone/bore
