  1. Hello! Just bought a brand new cheetah cub 421 cylinder. My problem is the engine failed a pressure test. I'm positive it's leaking from the base gasket. The front cylinder nuts do not have a large enough area to seat properly....nor do they have enough room for a tool. The sides of the original castle nuts actually binded on the cylinder before being properly seating. The oem nuts still were about 1/16" above the cylinder, but were tight because of clearance. So instead of using a correct castle nut..i used a regular style nut. But...the material/cylinder near the nut is still so close you can's get a proper torque setting. A open-end wrench will not even fit on 3 out of 4 nuts on the front. The wrench itself binds on the cylinder before the nut is actually tight. The rears are fine and have plenty of clearance and show no leaking. I even cut some wrenchs to fit...but they have to be cut so thin...they keep breaking. I thought I could dremel a small amount of the cylinder for clearance, but want to call trinity first to make sure. Anybody ever have this problem? Hope this made some sense!! Right now I'm pretty upset because we have a trip planned very soon..which always makes it worse! But this kit had no instructions, no hardware...according to trinity it's a "bolt on kit". I plan to call them but it's the weekend. Any help would be appreciated.
