Wow this has been a long build. But all I need now is a front end and a set of pods too ride. I am going for a set of +2+1 arms and have been looking at fox floats to match them. But will consider pretty much any good deal that comes a long at this point. I'm selling my truck to finish it all. It has a trail/race port job (don't remember the name of the company the guy selling the motor told me) exhaust ports look great and intakes look good, wsm pistons, hot rods stock stroke crank, +4 timing, fmf SST pipes with Pc2 silencers, and just stock carbs. Shee should do pretty good around here. Once I get all my suspension in the front done I am sending my rear shock to Matt for a rebuilt/revalve. This is my baby. Shee will get trail ridden, mx raced in the iRace series in WI, climb hills in gravel pits around my house, and get taken on a trip to silver lake dunes maybe once a year. I had My 87 for about a year before I started building this one. I will admit you guys are right when you say they are as much fun to build as they are too ride, but I won't lie and say I don't miss the riding.. hope you guys like it. Not a show bike but it will do everything I want it too. I'll add more pics as I get farther

95-96 were different than 97-06. So what year is your machine? Make sure too get the right one.

My mistake. Did you check your pick up coil? Or figure out what was causing it?

Don't do it cheap. Big bore doesn't do much till you go up a quite a bit with porting. Port your stock cylinders and call it good.

My guess would be 280 mains 27.5 pilot and .5 on the airscrew. That's what I'm at with about the same work done. But be safe and work down from 300 main.

You know it's spelled jäger right? Not yager.. Just pointing it out. But yes the new ignition system should set you straight. I would've just cleaned the connections or just a coil. So maybe try putting in the coil only and sell the rest again. Get some of your money back.

After a day or so he got me a tracking number and the shipping was $64. He is a straight shooter and I would buy from him in a heartbeat. Good guy and took care of shipping even though it was ridiculous. Keeps his word as well. Shipped on the day he told me it would. Thanks a lot man!

Like Jared said, go to court and fight it but I doubt you run and if you do, stop. They don't always have to catch you, but like I've seen happen to a good friend of mine, one person says they think it could have been you and your wheeler matches the one in the dash-cam and your fucked. Its this kind of shit that makes cops pull me over for nothing. Nothing at all. I drive down main street in my town which is an atv route going the speed limit and I get pulled over and they look for a reason to give me a ticket.

The VITOS advanced timing key is like $25.. It won't kill your wallet. And if it does, look at the DIY timing plate mod thread. It is in the tech section.

I need a wiring harness from an 87-94 that isn't too hacked up. Mine is just too cut up for my liking. Or I have a stator from an 03 though which is what year my motor is so if someone has a CDI and the wiring harness for a 97-06 I would be interested in them too so I could have my machine set up for the year it actually is. Either way will work for me. Jordon

Glad you said something. I was considering buying these. I would've been pissed If I got them all fucked up and needing new parts.

He said earlier if he can make 1200 he might consider it. So I would offer 600 because he hasn't said anything after people asked for parts.

Your mechanic sounds like a retard. Take your wheeler back from him and take it too someone that is reputable and knows what they are doing. Having two people on doesnt make your wheeler over heat. Hell she could be 600 lbs it wont overheat if your getting air on the radiator. There is a reason it blew up and that isn't the right one.
