im trying to get an idea on where to start jetting it has fmf gold series fatty pipes with power core mufflers 1mil over high comp pistons k&n pod filters stock carbs and reeds i currently have 240 mains and stock pilots it will start will idle for about 30 sec then it will die unless i goose the throttle also stops firing on the right cylinder

trying to jet my banshee right i have 240 mains and stock idle jets what size should i be running with fmf full exhaust .40 over high comp pistons pod filters i ride at sea level to 500 feet above during riding season it stays between 65 and 80 at the hottest

i have found the problem its a new clutch for me. what size jets should i put in it at sea level about 65-80 on average have fmf gold series fatty pipes with power core mufflers bored .40 over with high comp pistons and pod filters

the manual says 10 w 30 sae does that sound right

not sure what type of oil is in it what type needs to be in it and ill go buy some and change it out i found the manual for it going to check the adjustment today and see what happens

Ok I'm new to banshees but very mechanical inclined how do you check it and adjust it

but if the bike is off i can still push it in gear but the clutch seems not to be engaging fully

The clutch works when I put the dike on a stand the clutch grads and works fine but if I have it on the ground it won't move under its own power

i bought a 1998 banshee this is my first banshee i did a rebuild on the top end and rebuilt the carbs it starts but when i put it in gear and let off the clutch it wont move with the bike off i put it in gear and push it you can feel the clutch dragging and ideas on how to fix this other than buying a new clutch
