Adjustable plate or stock?

1995 Banshee. Has stock stroke 115 mm rods crank. It runs 67.5 mm blaster pistons and has a coolhead with 20 cc custom domes for the blaster pistons. It it has a Barnett clutch, pro circuit pipes, adjustable timing plate at +4, it's ported for the long rods and pipes. It's like a dune port. Runs hard and pulls good all the way to the top. This is the banshee that is on YouTube with the "crazy atv banshee police chase" the owner wants a new toy to play with he's asking $2000 cash firm or possible trades with cash for other toys. Ok here we go, Set of good cases, I know a crank turns freely in them, there are no studs to mount the cases together( they are in the pics but were just taken out after) includes the shift drum and shift forks-$150 shipped Set of stock cylinders I believe to be .40 over or 65.00 mm. They were from my motor last year when the Vito's super stock pistons broke. They need to go at least one bore over or maybe two, but good shape and powder coated red. They do not include studs-$150 shipped 2 flywheels- $50 each shipped Stock bearing carrier-$30 shipped Stock cdi box from an 01 so it fits 97-06 I believe (could be wrong) -$50 shipped Stock nerfs/ heel guards. Not sure on the actual name- $40 shipped Stock head in very good shape- $30 shipped Stock milled head with pitting on one side, could be ran-$20 shipped Stock inner hub for clutch with decent fibers, pressure plate, and adjustment screw. Missing most of the bolts and springs-$25 shipped Stator cover in good shape- $35 shipped Stock trans includes all gears and a shift shaft, no forks or drum( they are in the cases) it is missing a c clip at the end on one of the shafts- $115 shipped Stock air box with pro flo adapter, burns from pipes an missing the clips for the cover. I cleaned it for 20 mins but it didn't work too good. Do it. The banshee looks clean and once you have it in running form even a shitty banshee is worth more than a warrior. Not saying this one is shitty, lol. You won't regret it at all. But first thing is first, them stock pipes in the pics need to be disposed of.

More info.. Elevation and port work would be a big help. Where was the needle before? Did it run better how it was?

This is actually the set nastyracing posted, I bought them from him ( thanks btw) here they are on my machine with standard and long travel shocks. Hope this helps. They ride awesome! You will for sure like them.

Great guy to deal with, and If the rear shock I got from him works half as good as it looks I'll be doing pretty good. Especially for the price
