so what do u think camatv? i know you post up alot of good info on here and i always read what you write? any ideas on what can be the problem or should i just tear the thing apart ?

Well im definitely tearing the engine apart here soon..im going to try what u guys suggested within the next couple days then tear it apart..if I do need a rebuild what setup should I go with? I don't really ride trails but ride on the pavement and open dirt.

No I did not reject just turned down the air screws a whole turn in and I do have the lid on..it days per the instructions that u do not have to reset it.o still have stock pipes carbs etc

Well it now barely turns on let alone idle..it will not idle anymore..

well i just recently put the pro flow adapter kit on and cleaned my carbs out. made sure floats were set right and everything was nice and sealed. had the air screws out 1 1/2 turns and everything was running pretty good. my shee is stock besides the pro flow kit. now i rode yesterd for about an hr and it was fine. rode today for about 45 min. shut it off and when i went to turn it on it didnt want to idle. i took off and it had no power. it wouldnt even come out of first it just died.. you guys think i need a rebuild? i ended up taking the spark plugs out which were really black and looked liked shit was caked on them so i bought new ones put them oon and nothing..

yea i just put mine on and i also used the high temp rtv. worked great.

So I put the filter on and its boggy..air screw?

Ok coo. As for the screws do I put them in from the back?

Just bought the kit from a member and was wondering if anyone new how to exactly install it..

No I actually like the stock fenders but guess that might change down the line..as for the black..that's what I have in mind

I need help with the jetting on my stock 05 shee. Completely stock wit stock filter yet it looks like the left pipe has more compression and is throwing more smoke than the right. Also what are the best plugs to use? Thanks guys

Yup 05 all black..heel guards aren't because I just bought those off a member on here recently but I will b powdercoating them.

yea its stock for sure. been putting on little things every pay check.. bought the grips, heel guards, exhaust hanger that one just recently broke, new sprockets and chain.. so yea.. i ride open trails..not woods.. and i like racing on the pavement.. i have had a problem when i first start it up it doesnt want to idle and it was backfiring from the right pipe today when i put on the hangers.. i do know i definately need a new air filter and to reclean my carbs so im sure thats the problem
