NO spacer plate stocke jugs bored out the pistons i order part number says its a 4 mm piston but the pistons only go flush with the jug. the top doesnt go into the head. and the cir clip hole / rod hole or whatever u call it.. the hole in the piston is off set up toward the topp of the piston than a stock hole piston is .
  3. i ran stock carbs forever...thought i was fast... so i looked around on ebay and end up buying the 30 mm oko... and i wishe di bought years back what a noticble gain on my bike i luv em ,... i can change my mains and re adujt my needel so easy .. i do it now while i am out riding with only a wrecnh and phillip head. and i got them becase i didnt want big carbs from what i read they taKE AWY bottem end and i didt want to lose that so i got 30mm oko.. gave me more topp end and nothing los eon bottem... but thats me and my bike .. for 200 brand new i couldent go worng

  7. yep i changed the boot ... like i said maybe 3 or 4 hours he put on the bike the next day after he bought it .. then left state for work. been stored scnce ..he got back n got it out it ran good for few days maybe 2 hours each day at the most. then bammmmm piston broke locked motor up becase piceses of the ring got between the head and piston so u couldent kick her .. we bought new piston n rings and from that point on it get red hot in like 6 mintues
  8. oil low hmmm i will check that tommerw and i will get the leak down test er made .. see what she reads out on but the boot i changed didnt help iut. cross over ? do u mean the cross over bettween intake boots or the between the chokes on the carbs
  9. i have a 4 mm od 5 stroke .... they should work rite .. i been reading something about have to use big bore domes or something like that ..
  10. well its a 2005 shee my bros..bike he bought new then but left state to work for years untill 2010 got back had kids and never rod eit ... so jetting is factoyr.. and i had other people tell about it might be lean... i even clean the carb and swtched carbs with my shee it still over heats.. i changed cdi i even switched around the plug wires it didnt change a thing. i didnt do a leak down test yet. but it leaking on the kicker side wich holds the oil so in my other shees when that seal went out it smoked and kinna leaked oil from the exhaust manifold. so i dont see how it would be lean on that side.
  11. i posted this is many forms untill i found the site. so heres the deal my bro has a banshee brand new maybe 10 hours totall. all stock excpet advabnced timing plate and tors remover kit. at first it ran fine no over heating AT ALL. ran like this for copule sundays 2 hours a day . then the piston came aprt and locked it up on sunday( on the over heating side ) kicker side ..... now after putting in the new rings and piston it get shot FAST very hot withen 6 minutes of ideling it to hot to tounch and starts to boil over ... just one the kicker side only .. the other side nice and cool . you can touch the pipe with your hand and not get 3rd degree burn like the other side lol. i did everthing i can think of i didnt find no leaks around anywere unless i am doing it wrong. any info thanks.
  12. hmmm reson not to drill. and you ran the same time with n without , i fiugerd it didnt give any power but probly makes it rev quicker
  13. hey guys i am wondering if the lighten fly wheel would be worth getting for the shee .. whats the good and bad of it . i run a 4 mm shee with all the goodies ... but not a fly wheel yet. and i wonder could i just drill out the holes on my stock flywheel 2 sizes bigger ?
