I said +2 because that's what I run. I will turn it up after break in and leak down and plug chop to insure that if I do get detonation that I know every thing else good. If I do get an air leak down the road and I'm running +4 I might be worried that I wouldn't shut it down befor hurting the engine. So take it slow when your the builder.

You can use 91/93 up to about 145-155 psi and +2timimng. Then ask your builder.

If you sand the bottom of you gas tank with 220 grit paper on a flat block that should take care of it. You might have to hit it with 440

So I settled on Ditching the spacer plate for the 4 mil And going with domes ( already had coolhead ) End cut tranny Yakkey shift drum ( by rich Yakkey ) Shift star and pancake Dune port and case port Billett impeller and tm case saver Also hoping that the other motor sells soon. If your second crank went out. I talked to a builder and they commented that your cases could be egg shaped where you crank bearings ride.

After two and one half rides with full flight with chromoly joint the joint get loose and the aluminum spacers get loose. Then I sold the whole chassis for my conversion to yfz450 frame. I would go with alba first

If you have a piece of inner tube Rubber that will make a gasket too. That will Handel more vibration than sealant. It may get hard and crack. I bought a desert tank that was warped at the valve flange so I sanded it with some 220 on a flat steel scrap. Never leaked after that.

With the vaccume hooked up and one side plugged up we can hear air from the non melt down side spark plug hole ( with out plugs ) Still no pics I guess we need to test with both side plugged up. Also is pressurizing the motor ok under 10 lbs? Because vaccume about 5 lbs just doesn't make good bubbles Thanks for the input guys

Just rebuilt by HJR and still at his shop 1100 It is on third bore all new seals and gaskets and full inspection all by Kevin (HJR)
