you need a longer ratchet if you bust knuckles doing spark plugs

if the plugs wet i would say spark issue, and since you already swapped wires im gunna say a new plug should do it. im far from an expert tho so dont rape me if im wrong

when that shit happens i leave my shit on the counter and walk out. pisses me off that they have 4 people behind the counter but onlt one person working and the other 3 bullshitting and not taking care of customers

if you are worried the nut might come off during riding a small tack weld would hold it or you could jam some lead strips inside the nut so it grabs the threads a little better. if it were me and you are going to change the shaft out i would just put 2 or 3 decent tacks on the nut/shaft and call it good oh and get a damn torque wrench, they are cheap and save money in the long run. im used to working on heavy equipment so i have a habit of over tightening shit on small stuff so i need a torque wrench

whats gunna stop them from taking the hub?

how bad are the threads? if the nut wont tighten now i doubt running a die on it will help. try putting a washer between the nut and sprocket? maybe the outer threads are in better shape

sprockets are cheap, grab a 14 and try it out. i have a 14 here that isnt bad yet but the teeth are starting to bed, if you wanna be real cheap its yers for the price of shipping lol. but if you are into the hills i would go 13 front, best $12 i ever spent.

search around, this has been coverd alot. 15/41 will give you more topend from stock (14/41), i run alot of trails and do hill climbs so i dropped down to 13/41 so i can bog down over fallen trees and big rocks

if you want a buss for the dunes do it right, small lift maybe 37" tires, dana 60 front dana 70 dually in the rear, divorced np205 tcase and a chevy 454. be one hell of a road warrior and dune cruiser. a better engine would be cummins or dmax, better mileage and alot more HP upgrades those busses posted above are way to big and look ugly as hell IMHO
