How much for the stuck carbs

Ok well my cylinders have def been ported on the intake side and the bore is bigger up to 65.50.. Does that make sense?

Well I wanna get some fresh carbs an I figured bcuz I have a big port job and FMF pipes I could jump up in size on my carbs I was thinking 28mm or 30mm!!

I have a 01 banshee the cylinders have been ported to .60 over which is 65.50 bore I think. Anyway I just redid the top end and I think I have stock carbs but the one carb always has gas premix leaking out the drain tube so I wanna get some new carbs cuz mine are def old and fucked so my question is along with my port and FMF pipes and stock reeds should I get stock carbs again or can I jump up any someone told me 28mm Airstrikers would make it rip.. Plz help thanx...

Ok so you thinksi have enough mods done to my motor for 30mm if so I'll go that route

Yea im trying to get away from taking it to a machine shop I have a flex hone and im am gonna do it myself so i just wanted to know piston kit to get.

Im doing a top end rebuild on my 01 shee and im trying to find out what size top end kit i should get my bore size is a 65.50mm. So do i need to get a 65.50mm top end kit please help me im trying to get back out before the winter hit.

Ok I just ordered the oil seal a new idler gear and a new circlip once i get my parts i will put it back together and let you guys know how i make out thanx for yall help so far.

Ok I looked at it again and i found out the oil seal was missing in the front of the kickstart shaft so my guess is thats whats making that gear jump out to far cuz its too much play in the front of that shaft without that oil seal. Please help.

If anyone can help I am having trouble my kickstarter doesnt engage all the time. I tore down my engine I have the clutch cover off. I tried to start it just to see what happens with the cover and what i noticed is the kickstarter gear is jumping past the kick starter idle gear. Now I took the clutch basket off to get to the kick starter idle gear and i noticed it rocks back and forth a little on its shaft so it has alot of play is that normal or is that most likely the problem plz help.

Do you still have the stock lights plz let me know?

Hey jerme thanx for the reply and Now I have been hearing your supposed to check compression after u warm the bike up I did my check when the bike was cold so do u think I should check it again after I got the bike warmed up will that make a difference?

Hey milo thanx for the info now I just pulled the carbs off yesterday and I did notice that tube I'n the left carb also I noticed a plastic piece I'n the left carb that I didn't know where it came from so I left it out. I have been working on this for a few days so I put new plugs fresh gas and then that's when I decided to pull the carbs and clean them up now I did check compression I took one plug out kicked it over a few times WOT and both cylinders were around 95psi but my thing is if compression was to low why does it start right up after u get it running that 1st time I mean u barley have to kick her to get her started right back up it's just that initial start help anyone plz!!

Hey thanx for the reply I cleaned my carbs yesterday bit I didn't take the pilot jet out should I? And then when I did get it running 1/4 throttle it was bogging a little!

When i go out to start my banshee it wont start unless i spray some 2+2 in the carbs the after I get it running that 1st time she will kick back over with no problem any ides plz?
