i estimate it will cost me about $3500 to $4000 for the suspension aarms swing arms but i still dont know who has the best long travel +1 forward +2 sides front a-arm that works with Elka or Fox evo. also the rear i want it to be either +4-+6 swing arm that works with the Elka long travel rear shock and linkage i am looking at there site but am lost i will give them a call

i just read the full artical its interesting and it said that the higher rpm the better the more the coating will add HP and i think the banshee revs to 11,000rpm but like you said you did it for the reliability not performance and that s what i want. i think it wil be about 300$ to do the whole engine so i will just see how my expenses ar for building the engine and maybe i will have the pistons done with the skirts like you did

i agree with both of you and i will buy the impeller and the radiator and coolhead but i am also looking in to the ceramic coating and it is very interesting the clams they make. if i do have it ceramic coated i will do it for the reliability not performance as i am not convinced it makes much of a difference. the parts list any suggestions are welcome I heard that the Water impeller is a gimmick and it actual hurts the water flow? I also want to do it for the reliability as it gets very hot where i ride my bike like 120f so i want my 421cc to be as cool as possible. i think i will do the same job you did but what if i also have the oversize radiator also coated would that help dissipate the heat ? so your cylinder got damaged from over compression ? how do you like the Serval ? I am getting a serval this month 421cc do you recommend anyone ? also is the top of your piston flaking coz it looks lumpy ?

what is the difreance between the Lectron Power Jet carburetor 36mm and the PWK35 ? I WILL BE BUILDING A 421CC Servale using pump gass.
