I've been having a over-heating problem. Yesterday i put the Chariot Ultra Flow Kit, ASI over-sized radiator, ASI silicone hoses, and Engine Ice. I haven't taken it out yet to know. I would think i crossed all the bridges. But ???
Everything on the rear is new. front/rear sprocket, chain, swing arm bearing, axle bearings, axle, front/rear chain slider, rollers, brake disc. Also maybe i should have mentioned this, gearing is 14/40
I haven't tightend it yet. I was sitting on it and I had a buddy wiggle it. about 2 inches of play. I'm thinking of taking out a link. stock swinger/104 chain
redid the the whole rear, stock swinger. how do i tighten the chain? This is what i did, pulled the axle carrier out, tightend the to bolts (chain tightening bolts) went on one ride and now chain needs to be tightend again. do I just back out the 2 bolts? Yes I did sinch the nuts. Thanks
What is the best/easiest way to flush the coolant out. I just bought Chariot impeller kit, oversize radiato, silicone hoses, block off kit. Redoing the whole cooling system. Also I am going to run engine ice.
I was looking to replace my radiator cap. Wasn't sure which one to buy. High pressure cap, 1.6 good enough? Who has them and price? I see some on ebay around $20.
Just got the axle, looks good. But the allen bolt on the 3-piece broke off inside! Cheap materials. I hope they'll exchange it for free. Anyone else have this problem?
Mull engineering has a better impeller then Chariot?? I see chariot has to one at $55(standard) and the other at $105 (mega) For the money which one is the best?
I'm looking at changing the stock water impeller, ez drain, and timing plate. Pro Design or Chariot and WHY? I see a lot of people running Chariot but what about Pro Design? I see that Chariot isn't billet (impeller). Doing the research I see there real no price difference.
