Some one awhile back brought up this subject in another thread, mabey thought it came from the factory like this. The carbs dont sit square to the frame either when k and n breathers are used.

Pull your carbs back off and clean agin sounds like your idle jet is still dirty, and make sure your slides are in right. Half shape moon should be pointing to the rear of the bike.

look in to a zeeltronic cdi and a servo you could also just run a stiff throttle off a lawn tractor and mount it to your handle bars and adjust manual on the fly. what kind of exhauste are you running. I bought the zeel and theres a bunch of different programing you can do i love my rz banshee

Check out zeeltroincs also, i really like mine you can add alot to it tach, shift light, you can switch from two programs with the flip of a switch, and on mine i can add an airshifter, economy cycle is where i bought mine -

just curious if anybody these days are running a rz banshee with zeeltronic ignition with powervalve controler built in and have came up with any good settings for the rpms and when the valve open. i just recieved mine and see so many thing you can do with it
