Also the manual trans. under mods are having problems keeping power flowing as well. The clutches on the stock trucks are shit and will need replaced under more then factory power output. There is a reason dodge has 850 ft/lbs. on a auto and only 610 ft./lbs. on the manual. Now the 850 ft./lbs. is for the new aisin trans. that was brought down from there 4500/5500 cab and chassis. But the 68rfe still would hold up to 800ft./lbs. and 350hp. just fine. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Which trannies have you gone through? Where they the 68rfe on the 07 1/2 and up or were they on the 5.9 cummins? What took a shit ( torque converter, clutch pack exc.) And what all do you have done to your truck to trash a trans? Just curious, because so far i have yet to hear of a weak point on the 68rfe when light/moderate mods are done to the truck. TON! Is there any way to make my banshee better on fuel?
Bad one ton replied to Aaron109's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I have an electric motor from a pallet jack. We could make it a hybrid. A prishee. In all seriousness though, the more power you want to put into it the less your going to ride on a tank. There was a clark 5.5 tank on here in the for sale section. Im not sure if it sold or not. You could try that. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

What pisses me off about it is the retards in charge of all of this are still getting paid. There shutting down all of the great monuments and tourist spots that make this country money all year long so they can circle jerk themselves while they argue about stupid shit the average hard working american wont use anyway. But its ok there still making money. We just need to clean house. Tell all them Fuckers, you dont work here anymore. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bleach white. Mix it like it says on the bottle with water and spray down your bike. Then power wash it. It always makes mine look like new. Cuts through the grease very well. You can find it in the detail section of walmart. Comes in a gallon jug. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My overhead display is always off about 2mpg over what i get hand calculated on my 00 ram 3500. So i never really go off it. But i do agree with loco as for the 5.9 is king. Once you figure out the quirks there reliable as all get out and no emissions shit behind the turbo to go wrong. Just 18 feet of straight 5" pipe (modified not stock). TON! In a lot of areas you cant delete the emission systems on the trucks, because you have to pass emissions every year on diesels. So thats not a fix. Not in all areas of the country at least. If you end up buying a ford 6.0, 6.4, 6.7, new dmax or 6.7 cummins there are different egr coolers and other emission mods available that fix the crappy factory units but keep you legal. TON! Dodges do not have the softest ride. At least the old ones dont. If i run over a pebble the ass of my truck bounces all over the place. They did get better with the hydro mounts in the 10's up. As for weight squatting the truck, mine is stock and it takes a lot to squat it. The 14's or 15's 2500 and 3500 should be coming out with air suspension. At least thats what they were saying in the latest diesel power. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Kd cycles in yuma is a good place if you need parts. Good people there. they helped me out last season. There is also a yamaha dealer there too. Both places sell 110 i believe. Saw the barrels but didn't look at the labels. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Sorry going from days to nights fucking sucks. But hope the info i found helps. I've had to put 2 sets of ball joints on my truck and there bad yet again. The truck only has 109k on it. As for the engine, that 5.9 cummins pulls well and has decent power. Another thing to think about is buy a set of gauges. Mechanical ones are the only way to go in my experience. Fuel pressure, egt and if you have a auto, a trans temp gauge. I also have a boost gauge which helped me figure out i had a boost leak i didn't know about. You couldn't hear it until it popped. One of the plugs under the grid heater was leaking and ended up getting blown out. TON! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
