    I spoke to paypal earlier about my funds being in hold, and they said I'm definitely getting the money refunded they're just waiting for the money to clear from him. They said I should have it Monday at the latest.

    Ditto, all the forms are filled out correct on paypal. I.e. Item description, value, delivery type( mine being international). Also states that it's uninsured. It just states that it's yet to be received by the postal office. I've queried the seller to no reply so when I get in I'll put in a dispute to paypal.
