  1. Okay, Thanks for your replies to start out. i am putting on new carbs filters and port job done. What jets do you think i should be running, to get optimum perf. out of her. 2004 shee herr jugs drag port toomey t6 (soon to be shearer in frames but for now) v3 reeds stock stroke stock cylinbder, (maybe once over) 18cc domes trinity stage 4 head (already on it when i bought it) toomey clutch(heavy springs) elevation 4000 ft (sand mountain nevada) k&n 5"x3.5" cone filters with outerwears keihin 35mm pwk's fuel: 75% race gas 25% 91 maxima super m 32:1 stock swingarm full flight a arms +2+1 trail tech headlights what do you guys think. Any help is greatly appreciated. ps what is the slow jet and where is it? do i need to adjust the needle? and once i put on the shearers what changes to make? see you at the bottom of the mtn;-)

  9. Hey everyone. Thanks for reading my post. Ok so i have a trinity single carb setup. :-( I am in the market for another carb,boots, and filters, and cable too. the guy i bought it from said it was a 38mm pwk keihin. I know it is a keihin and i know it is a pwk ( as these are stamped on it) but i dont thunk it is a 38mm. i want to buy the right carb so please help. these are the markings on it. 70RA3 YCH i know i can take the carb off ad measure the i.d. where the carb goes into the manifold but it is a real pain with this trinity crap. so if i could identify it by marking that would be awesome. thanks for your help 04 shee jugs drag port toomey t6(soon to be shearer in frames) ricky 200 watt stator +5 timing stock bore stock stroke keihin ??mm carb trail tech lights full flight a-arms super clean rides @ sand mountain N.v.

  11. I have a trinity 2-1 with a single 38 mm keihin pwk. Found a guy to trade to a dual set 38 mm lectrons. Are they good. Carbs. How jetting friendly are they. 04 shee stock bore& stroke v3reeds trinity alum head 18cc domes toomey t6 and herr jugs. Drag port. What guys think. I ride at snd Mtn nv, and I want more top end wheelie power! Thank you

  18. I'll get the pilot and needle size and everything. I don't think I'm running it dry because when I put it backtogether I used same main. And for the drag, it was time for a new top end, I plan this summer to run duAl carbs and shearers. I figure once it was apart let's do porting

  20. Ok got some new info. I put in a 230 main. Cuts out bad. This may seem crazy but it doesn't miss at wot in first or in neutral or with clutch in. After 1st gear it starts missing. What do you guys think now.. By the way with the 230 in it idled very low it didn't like it. I'm wondering am I maybe getting water in the cylinders. Or no way. H20 equals white smoke right. Please any help would be great. I'm getting kinda stressed and nervous!
  21. how do i check the ignition coil? and as far as plug caps, i just gave them a little tiny bit of a crimp. good idea?
  22. LIke how big. ps. my pickup coil is set at 18 thousandths. do i need to screw with the needle? i ran great before i ported it. so it was dead on then!
  23. my altitude is 2800 feet. my timing is +6. I went down to the shop the biggest he had was a 200. i put it in still cutting out. i can have him order some more. what sizes should i get? they are $3.00 a piece. so i dont mind buying a few extra. whats the biggest size i could run. and what other stuff should i be checking while while i wait for them to come in? any help would be great thanks everyone!!
  24. I'm going through the same thing but it's both jugs not one side or the other. I changed from a Ricky back to oem. Any ideas it still sucks.
