Ok here's my mods stock stroke stock bore 2 into intake 38mm keihin carb trinity stg 4 head 18 cc domes 108-112 octane gas I run toomey t6 pipes and silencers v3 reeds so I had my jugs drag ported by hjr. Put it all back together and it fired right up. Went through heat cycle etc. Runs great at idle and mid range. When I get it on the band it starts pulling really hard then starts cutting out. I had a 200watt Ricky stator. Changed it back to oem heard they are better. I took the jet out of the bott of the carb it read 188. I went to a 182 and worse. Went to 190 got a little better. Should I keep going bigger. Let me know. Thanks a bunch everyone.

How much for stator is it stock or a Ricky adj?

Hey, do you know if I can remove my Ricky cut the plug off and put it on this one some way or is it super sensitive to connectivity.

WHAT ARE GOOD PIPES FOR A SEMI-BUILT MOTOR. ie drag port, cool head, dual carbs, v3 reeds?

What is case porting? What does it do for you. And why should i get rid of my pipes if i have drag port done? Whats the best dual carb set up?. i want high quality but i don't dont wanna drop a whole boat load of cash?

WHAT ABOUT THE SINGLE CARB? I WAS TOLD IT GIVES YOU MORE BOTTOM END, BUT I DONT WANT THAT. I HAVE A 38 MM KEHIN NOW. IS TWO 38 MM'S TO MUCH?

SO I CALLED AROUND LOOKED UP SOME INFO AND GOT AHOLD OF KEVIN AT HERR JUGS. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGE ABLE, MY ONLY QUESTION IS SHOULD I PULL MY HEADS OFF MYSELF, SHIP THEM DOWN THERE, OR SHOULD I HAVE HIM TO DO IT. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO ENSURE MAX HP OUTPUT AFTER PROTING IS DONE? DO I JUST BOLT THEM ON OR DO I NEED TO REJET, ADJUST TIMING OR WHAT. THANKS
