  1. Brand new airbox, brand new uni pod filters, brand new UPP airbox to carb adapters $100 plus shipping 21cc non stroker domes $30 plus shipping Aluminum intakes for 33-35mm $50 plus shipping Pics below
  2. I should add that the rotor guard still needs to be trimmed to match the sprocket guard radius. Was assembled just to see how fitment was Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Finished everything today. Will see how long they hold up against the terrain here. I'll have to make a new rotor guard when I get a longer round house swing arm but that won't be too hard. Pretty happy with how they turned out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. That box is a great idea. I've always wrapped tow line around the front bumper and carried a small snowboarding back pack with tools, spare gas in Gatorade bottles, etc. very original idea good job OP
  5. Exactly. One rock to smash over you will see chrome flakes flying. Stupid idea for an aluminum skid plate. I wasn't even going to consider painting it.
  6. I think I might wipe it down with acetone and bolt it on and run it. I ride in a lot of rocky trails and paying for something like this to get chromed just seems silly. But I agree, it would look waaay better Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a chrome skid plate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. It's aluminum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Haha yeah I love making parts for my bike. I Do it for boats everyday so I have access to a lot of tools. Specialty parts I will buy from vendors and not waste my time but something as simple as this, there's no way I was going to buy one. Excited to see it installed. I'm still deciding if I want to cut away the center holes like the bling star one, going to sleep on it tonight Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Here it is. Took me about an hour and a half to make and it's fairly true for being hand cut. Going to mock up a rotor guard tomarrow and I'll post some pics installed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That's a good call, I didn't think about mud and rocks getting stuck in between two of them. I originally had planned to make 2 for the sprocket but I think I'll just do one and bump it up to 1/2". I can set up a jig with some water pipe I have and use the plasma cutter and cut a perfectly round circle. Just the thing I was worried about is the notches on the outer edge not being perfectly uniform with the next one. I will probally just mark them out perfectly center and bring it out to a friends shop and use his iron worker to punch out the half circles Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I want to make some sprocket bash guards like the bling star ones out of 3/8" aluminum. If I hand cut them and let's say it's not perfectly round, due to the cut outs cut in them for helping roll over fallen trees, will I feel a vibration? Was thinking about that this morning. Considering I don't ride on the highway and high speeds all the time I didn't think it would make a big problem but what do you fabbers think?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Is it a mull engineering ?
  14. If only they were raw stainless I'd buy em
  15. I agree, I paid $900 for mine in that condition
  16. What brand of brake lines are those? I'm tempted to buy that billet stem I've never seen a billet one
  17. I sent you a message a week ago when u posted the swingarm for sale, if u still have it id like to buy it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Cinch clamps, perfect. I'll goto the hardware store and pick up a couple of those. And 1211 is a good idea I have a tube of that I use on a lot of surfaces. Thanks guys
  19. Did a search I couldn't find anything. I've always ran billet one piece intake manifolds and I changed to UPP manifolds from my builders recommendation. I will use the stock cross over tube, my question is do you use hose clamps on the cross over tube? It feels like it seats and seals pretty good but I can see it being possible air leak area? I looked at a friends bone stock 2006 and his doesn't have any. My gut is saying use them but if I don't have to I won't
  20. I've used 20x11-9 kenda kutter xc rears and I absolutely loved them. They hooked up amazing. Have big tall lugs and they wore really well. Worked great in sand, gravel, snow and hard pack. Going to order me another set this spring
  21. Looking for a black oem radiator cover, don't want anything that's been painted Will consider the tank cover as well If interested I have oem unpainted red to trade Thanks!i
  22. $50 shipped. Great deal need them gone for the banshee fund
  23. I have one I was thinking about selling after I send it to pingle for a rebuild
  24. A guy could goto a hardware store and buy a sheet of UHMW plastic and make your own skid for way cheaper than the TM design works ones. I just took some cardboard, blocked up some 4x4 blocks to hold it against the bottom of frame and traced out a template and then cut it out, set it onto the UHMW sheet and then you've got w skid plate. I made mounts out of 3/8" aluminum plate and countersunk the underside of the skid so the bolt heads would not hang up on things
  25. Will take photos of the 21cc domes tomarrow. I also have a wire harness from a 97 for sale Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
