I believe its the rear brake line and not the parking brake because he said he only uses the front brakes when riding...... And should i just put the stock arm back on if im just gonna be doin trail riding/ open field riding? And i will probably be racing my friend on his 400ex. I'm guessing the longer swingarm is better for racing. wont be jumping it but taking off hard i'm guessing the front end will prob stay down easier?

LMAO yea ill do without them for a while but im more worried about someone else riding it and hittin a tree or something.... id like to have a mchine that everything is working and in great shape. ill be lookin for some mud tires here too for winter and spring in the fields! LOL

Hes asking 2800 for it but i'm not sure if its worth that much? I'm trading him a 94 f250 4x4 turbodiesel with trans problems for his quad and a 1987 chevy 3/4ton 4x4 350 sbc. He wants 1600 for the truck and i'm asking 4500 in trade value for mine. Hows that deal sound?ur looking at what 2900 left to meet with the quad..... it gonna bring that?

well i dont want to get rid of the fenders because i'll be doing a lot of trail ride at high speeds and dont need things whipping up at my face. I dont race anyway so y turn it into a race bike? i, pretty much gonna be ripping through farm fields and woods..... yea i would like to know what it was that he did to the bottom end and why he doesn't want it anymore..... heres another picture...

I figured with those mods i should be able to take him for his money? And how often do you have to rebuild a banshee especially one with those mods?

Hello. New to the forums and to quads in general. Here's my dilemma, I found a 2001 banshee that a guy will trade me for my truck. here's his description of it: bored to 410, 6 inch extended swing arm, tommey 5 pipes, a boost bottle, and some bottom end work. This I'm sure runs pretty good but is it reliable? I want to trail ride with this bike with my buddy who has a 2007 Honda 400ex. i don't doubt i could keep up with him but i don't want a bike that every 50 hours i have to do engine or trans work to. How will this perform next to that stock 400ex and how reliable is it? Also what do you guys think it is worth. pictures look like its in pretty good shape too.
