Ok thanks I took a wiseco circlip and put in my stock oem piston and it fit in there like it was made for it. In my denniskirk catalog for wiseco clips they 16mm clip and for the top end wiseco bearing is 16x21x23. But I don't know what size is for the oem. I had a local bike shop tell me I can use wiseco clip and top end bearings in the oem piston. I guess I will replace my top end gaskets. I still need to get a new crank. I just bought a set of 05 stock std cylinders and pistons and rings noport work with vary little time on the them for $245. Shipped. That was a score. Does anyone know what size oem clips and topend bearings are ? Thanks

Hay I was looking on ebay and I seen this  Yamaha Banshee A-arms & Shocks ATV Widening Kit +6". And just want to know if they are any good and strong enough to take a beating on a mx track. Has anyone used this widening kit with or with out the shock mounts. I may check this kit out some day and want to know if its a good strong kit. Please let me know. Thanks

I did use the copper gasket spray on them before and they came off with no tears in them. So I would use the gasket spray again. And I use the koltz benol that stuff smells good all the time. But thanks. Anyone else know about the wiseco bearings and clips. On the oem pistons. Thanks.

Hi. I just got some stock std bore cylinder and with oem std pistons. I was wanting to know if I can use wiseco top rist pin bearings. And the wiseco clips for the locking of the pin. ? And I want to know if I can reuse my base and head gaskets that only had 5 hours max of run time on them. There are not ripped or anything. I don't have to much cash at this time so if I won't hurt I want to know if it will be alright to reuse the gaskets. please let me know. Thanks for the help. Drew.

Yeah went there sat and it was torn up and did have to go through water holes almost every where. it was a ok time. I would go back again. Next year after they get some dozers out and fix it up. The staff man said they do maintain it and get some heavy machines out there and level it out I guess.

hay i just want to see if there is anyone thinking of going to the mounds in mi . like this sat ,sun ??? i think a few of us are thinking about going tomorrow on sat 10-9-10.. or maybe sun but it opens at 8am on sat and 12pm on sun . so i would like to go sat so we can ride a little more. let me know if any of you are going? i'll be on the Black Quadzilla .. and has anyone been there in the past 2 weeks i just wanted to know if it was still water holes around ? last time i went i left all muddy and i just ripped the zilla a part this week to clean it and see about selling or tradeing it....

Anybody else want to make a deal ? I don't want any sleds. This has black plastic noncut fenders. Bought new in 11/09. But it still has the blue and yellow seat. And a blue motor every thing is red or black. Swingarm still stock. Has black with red flame shock covers. My plan was to gusset the 88 frame powder coast it. Powder coat the motor and get a black seat cover. This winter. But now my banshee crank broke a rod messed up new cylinder and piston. I just had a good mechanic tell me to go with a wiseco crank. But not one of u guys recommended a wiseco crank. I'm just thinking about flipping a coin and going with that one. I just don't know its a hard one I just want a good reliable crank and bearings.

I'm not shipping this quad I only want a in person deal I'm in Rochester Mi 48306. Cash in hand for test drive. . I just drop the cash price is $2500. the rear shock is getting bounce and I think it needs rebuilt I got a price of $100 to rebuild it. It still is rideable just is not ready to be jumping it. I have a 87 lt500r quadzilla. Quad. Its bored .060 over wiseco piston. new this year crank bearings and seals. new axle bearings and seals. New K&N air filter. Fmf pipe DG silencer. I have 6 front tires and rims and 8 rear rims with tires. And rear sand paddles. Extra carb. Clutch assy. Twist throttle and cable. And few other things. I Also have a 88 extra frame with title. it dose have some parts powder coated black stator cover . black rims and kick starter. And few others. It Runs vary good starts on 3 kicks. This is a monster to kick over and will kick back hard. and u will think it just broke your foot no joke. I just bought a new flywheel. And stator. I love this quad its a beast it vary fast and have draged race 5 other newer race quads and smoked them all. I'm not saying its the fastest but its quick for a 2stroke 500 bored 60 over. I would like to trade this quad and all the extras that go with it. For a 4x4 quad I would like a 400cc or bigger. And I would like the front and rear racks on it. If it has a snow plow and winch that's a plus and I'll be more interested. I like kawasaki but will look at all. I may also trade this for a banshee. Or road bike / sport bike. / rocket. Or KX 250/500r or CR 250/500r or let me know what u have. or i may sell this quad and every thing that i have for it for $2500. Yeah I was on there web site and seen they are in oxford that's like 20min away. That's a good thing. But I'm still undecided about getting the vitos or the hot rods ? . I found a stock stroke hot rods for $350 shipped. And the vitos for $350. And I might be able to pick that up. But I want a good crank with the best bearings on it ? . And is klotz bébol oil mix good long lasting for the main bearings ? . That's what I have been using for a few years now. If u guys can help me a little more that will be great. Thanks.

Ok that was helpful on the porting. And yes I want to stay stock bore or up to .020 because I have a new .020 left cylinder and piston with about 5hours no port work. So I will stay away from that drag ports I would like to get some with out port work done. I'm think on getting new crank so I know it should be good and reliable. And yes I have seen some post with people not happy with sellers that's y I have not bought a used crank from ebay. I'm not sure who is a good seller and who are the bad. So I would like to go new on the crank. I'm greatful for your info. I might want to get the crank first be for the cylinders so I can get the cases back together again. But I look around for good cylinders. Thanks. For the info.

Ok I'll check that also. But I just found these. Stock bore. trinity racing stage IV drag port. Done but what is this port good for and can I run a stroker crank in it. And he said ready to put studs in and go for $225. Let me know what u think on these. And what I can do with them. Thanks

Yeah I think 4mm would be the. Biggest I would go stock or 4mm. But it depends on if I have to port the cylinder or not with a 4mm crank. And about what would that cost to do hear in MI . Thanks so far hot rods is better then wiseco I take it so hot rods or vitos. Thanks.

Ok thanks I'm thinking if I do a stroker the biggest I'll go for now is 4mm. I was just looking at vitos. Stock and 4mm. If I was to do 4mm do I have to do get the ports done. Or I see they have a bottom spacer for the base. Can I go that way . I'm looking for it to be reliable for up in the trail. I'm still not satisfied on what's a better crank out of vitos , hot rods , wiseco. I'm looking to get one soon when I figger this out. Thanks.

I'm in Rochester mi 48306. I'm not sure if I want to go used or not but maybe if the price is right if not its almost worth paying a little more for a new one. So it will also get the new bearings since the inter bearings can't be replaced. But how much and how many hours. I'll try to pm u if u don't see this reply. But what about wiseco ? Any good ? And will other brand rods fit on other brand cranks or do u have to use that brand of the crank. Thanks.

Where in mi is it sanilac county. I go riding there a lot used to live there and some towns there will let u ride in town. On side streets. 25mph.

Ok thanks but can u guys give me the good of the cranks and the bad. And if I put a +7mm stroke in I don't have to trench the cases. Unilt I go to a +10mm. Someone else said I have to trench when I go to a 7mm stroke and up. But I'm looking maybe going with a +4 or +5 or a +7 stroke but if I do any of these do I HAVE to get my cylinders ported ? If I do I may just go with a stock stroke so I'm just looking to see what needs to be done but I need a good NAME BRAND CRANK. That have the best main bearings. But I'm not spending over $500 on a crank because I just had this project running good and my rod broke and tore up my right cylinder and piston. That was all brand new. But the crank. (stock). So I need a new right cylinder and piston .020 over to match the new left I have but I may have to buy a set of use cylinders. I hope with good pistons std bore. To .020. And a good crank so I'm going to have some cash in it that's y I want to stay under $500 on a good crank. Please let me know more about the good name cranks. Thanks all.

ok thanks for the reply and im sure that Twister cranks are good and better be for starting at $1000 up .. but im not looking to put a $1000 for a crank . so any others ? thanks

hay guys ... frist off i tryed a search on this but i didnt find much ... so im asking what is the better crank to buy wiseco ? hot rod ? or ? .. i know a lot may say oem but im not to pay $800 for a crank i seen the wiseco and hot rods new go for around $300-350 new im not looking to pay much more then that but if u know where i can get them cheaper that would be helpful.. so im looking for some info on whats a good one for the banshee ??? i have bought 2 wiseco cranks for a 01kx250 and 02kx100 and woked out good as long as i had them .. and what size stroker crank can i go before i have to trench my cases out ?? and if i go with a stroker crank do i need to do port work to my cylinders??? . i hope you guys can help me with all my questions .. thanks

Ok thanks. Not sure about the pipes I'm thinking of trying to pop rivet the holes and hope that covers up the hole. But I'm wanting to put the cylinders on my motor tomorrow and still need to know if its a good tip to use copper gasket spray on the base gaskets or not ???????? And wanted to know if its hard to remove. Please let me know if a lot of u guys spray the base gaskets. And head gaskets. Let me know. Thanks.
