I have had really good luck with Electrosport stators. I am currently running one of thier high outputs on one bike and thier duel high outputs on another. No problems so far.

Cascade ships via UPS, and UPS has a minimum charge. If you order something small shipping sucks but you can ask for it to go out USPS

First of all I do not just build bikes for myself. 2nd I have 4 Banshees that are my own and 2 450's. It doesn't take long to fly through 60k, over 20k in one one bike isn't hard to do. Just stating facts.........

Whatever man! you got my tranny the same time you got my cases and you knew it was coming and I have the phone bills that show we have talked on the phone way more than 2 or 3 times. It was also sent before Ryans tranny and cases, atleast you got his done in a reasonable time. I know Phelps sent his stuff in later than mine. I guess you talk to too many people to remember who you talk to. I also have the messages on the HQ site. im done with this, I nor anyone I build motors for will do business with you, you are not dependable and you do not stick to your word, that is proven in the previous threads.

I don't mind waiting on parts, what I do mind is being told countless times that my parts are going to ship. On the 22nd of Feb you stated that they would ship on the 23 or 24th and then as per our phone conversation you stated that they WOULD ship on the 4th (not to mention being told twice by your secretary that they would be shipping the next day). Well thank god they finally shipped on the 10th. As far as not putting people ahead of others thats BS, I know others that have sent you their parts after me and gotten them back already. As far as the price goes, that was the advertised price and not a deal you cut for me. I didn't spend $10k at your shop but did spend close to $3000 and you did my buddies parts also because of me. I made this order as a trial run to try out a new shop, Ive averaged over $20k per year on Banshee parts over the last 3 years. This has been my worst experience ever with any shop.

its all good. I know Andy is slammed, it just got old being told time and time again that my stuff was going to ship the next day. If you look back in this thread he even said that it was going to ship the next day and that was 3 weeks ago. He did hook me up with free shipping because of all of the delays and assured me that it was going to ship again last friday so I made plans to get the motor and bike all together this weekend and now have to put it off till next weekend due to it finally shipping today and on top of that not getting what I ordered and payed for in Nov. I ordered polished cubs and was told they were all done in Jan, he was just waiting on the tranny and the cases. Now not getting polished cylinders because he lost a polisher 2 weeks ago but again was told the cylinders were done back in Jan. It is what it is, Im not your average builder or spender and unfortunately due to this experience it will most likely be my last with M&M. I can't build bikes for other guys if I keep having to tell them Im still waiting on parts, that is business suicide.

I sent my cylinders to Passion for their top end rebuild. It includes boring, pistons, rings and gaskets for $265, sweet deal and I had my cylinders back in just over a week after I sent them off. Great shop to do business with and the boring was perfect.

Agreed, so far Cascade is the best shop that I have done business with by a long shot. Just because they turned down being a site sponsor doesn't make them a bad shop!

Andy, I am sorry. You and I talked weeks before I finally placed an order. My stuff was ordered and paid for Nov 30th. When you and I talked you said the cylinders would be ready just before christmas and maybe a little after. I also told you I needed my cases done and you said to wait to send them till the cylinders were done. When we talked mid jan you said that the cylinders still weren't done but they would be done in the next few weeks. So I sent my cases mid jan. When I called your office last fri your secretary said that the cases were on the mill and that they would be ready that day. SOrry to call you out but this could have been prevented with a simple return phone call. I know a few guys on here that have ordered and sent you stuff after me that have gotten it back already.

oh and ALF i gave you more than one shot and your prices were more expensive then their advertised price and you have a lower overhead due to operating out of your garage.

I have nothing bad to say about Cascade at all. They are all a bunch of stand up guys and their customer service is second to none. I have ordered over $40k worth of parts from them in the last 2 years and have always received my parts the next day as long as I put in my order before UPS gets there. I have ordered from other shops to see how they are and haven't been to happy. I ordered my 10mm Cub setup from M&M in Oct and am still waiting on it..

is your pushrod stuck/welded inside? might need to take your cover off to make sure the ball and rod come out easily and move freely
