    I say Chrome all the way. MY A-arm & swinger are Chrome & they are still tits after 1 year ridding in the sand.

    PWK does not make 30mm carbs. You have to get 28 & have them bored to 30mm. I got a set of 28 that are bored to 30mm off of a guy from here & they work great. But for your set up I think 33 or biger is the way to go.
