Rained Friday night & Sunday. Friday & Saturday was cool. The sand was not too bad, Still had a lot of fun. I ran the shee when it was not raining & wheeled the truck when it was raining. The jump where good to from the rain & there was no one out there this weekend too..

The ridding out there is good Small for a sand car. But good for Banshee. As for the porker run in Barstow I did not know about it. I would like to make it over there for that but I am booked up that weekend. May be next time i can make it to the run.

This is my first banshee. The rest where 4 strokes. I pick this shee up & it needed some TLC. shee runs good now. I just would like to make sure this thing runs strong & safe no melt down. The bike was very lean when I got it "no power & white plug". clean the carbs & jetted up for the mods that are on it. I check the plugs color looked good for what I think a 2 stroke should look like. Starts good & runs good now. I was reading on here about a plug chop. So I did one to double check the mains.

No just 91 pump gas in it.

Ok I will runs the 8s & do a 330 & 340 run & plug chop them. I will post up the plugs. As for premix . I am running the AMSOIL dominator synthetic oil @ 50.1 with 92 gas.

Yes on the 330mains run I had one set of 8s left in a box marked 9s. The shee seems to run better on 9s then 8s.

Hi all I would like to see what you guys think of my plug chop. I started at 330 main & went to 340. I think I am good at 340 may be a tad rich. My mods are FMF Gnarly pipes with powercore 2 silencers K&N 6"pods carbon reed on stock cages +4 timing stock Carbs Pilots 27.5 mains now 340 needle 3th spot from the top elevation 200ft above sea L temp 65 to 75 first pix is 330 main one run too 5th gear This pix is 330 mains longer 5th gear run. this one is 340 mains long run in 5th gear.

Well frist off welcome to HQ. I have a stock banshee too with FMF gnarly with power core 2. K&N & no lid. Also +4 timing . I am running 320 on the mains & 27.5 poilts & needel 4th spot. I ride at sea level & 80F I hope this helps you out.

welcome to HQ Bro! I had the same thing happen to me when I first got my shee from the last owner. The trans was over filled. I drained the fluid out and refilled to the full line. I have not had it blow out the vent yet.
