The A-arms on my banshee have a little play in them and I went to check it out. I'm trying to figure out if I need new Sleeves or just the Bushings. I was wondering if anyone knew the measurement that the sleeves and bushings are supposed to be at so I can check and see If i am within tolerance. Thanks for the help.

hey guys, i got this banshee on a trade and just looking to unload it, don't know too much about it, looks to be mostly stock. It is gonna need a seat cover, brake work, and new a-arm bushings. I am gonna fix some of the stuff myself but just decided to put it on here and see if anyone was interested. It has a newer top end according to the previous owner. It starts first kick and runs really good, i took it around the yard a few times, thats it. Has a set of FMF pipes and silencers, also has newer tires than the ones in the picture. The whole bike should be gone through and cleaned up but would make a nice rider for someone. it does have chain whack on the cases as well. just trying to be as honest as possible. the paddles are 21 inch and they are on 8 inch rims

I got a nice set of 12 paddle haulers on douglas blue label rims. They are in good shape, no rips in the paddles, bead to bead buff, roll out is around 71 inches. Also have a set of front smoothies on rims as well. These were on my 450 and they worked really good. I'm looking to buy a complete drag motor, i have a chassis and i want something that i can drop in and go. Dosn't have to be too big but the bigger the better. Looking to spend about $1500 but would go $2000 for the right setup. let me know what you got, i have cash.

kickstart, that appears to be what happened in the past, This motor has been sitting in a box in my garage for a few months and this is the first time i have looked at it. nothing appears to be broken or apart inside the motor now, but at one time it looks like art of the clutch must have broken tonight its all going on ebay, so feel free to make offers on anything

I want $150 plus the ride for the PVL its just the stator and the rotor, i dont have the coils or the CDI that would come with the kit. i can send you pictures cause i finally got the pvl puller tool to get the rotor off.

Bought a complete motor and got it in the mail yesterday, so im really getting excited to get some more parts now. I also got my front drag hood made and it came out really good. ill post some pictures of it when I get a chance. Now im just looking for some pipes and carbs to go good with the motor. I got the complete motor for $1050 so now im at about $1300 total so far

yeah ill probably do everything i can to make shifting easier, mod the star and i was think9ng about that shift pro kit too, seems like some people say it helps.

Yeah I understand that, I will probably eventually put one in, But to me it will be more of a challenge to try to turn in good times with the stock tranny.

Yeah i understand, To be honest im building this as kind of a build-off/grudge match with my cousin and we are both on a budget so we set out a few rules which are 1. Stock Cylinders 2. Stock Stroke 3. No Override trannys 4. No Alcohol Basically anything else is open. My only realy goal is to beat him. I should have put that sooner but those are my guidelines to build by. He is running a stock chassis that isnt lightened and will probably have a very similar motor to mine

I lightened the frame up quite a bit, I cut off every unneeded bracket. I dont want to take too much more off because i still plan to dune this bike once in a while. my biggest questionn right now is what carbs and pipes to get. I want something thats gonna go well with a small bore bike. I was thinking 35mm pwk's and a set of cpi small bore drag pipes or imframes, any thoughts?

Im not sure where those came from, I got them on another bike that I bought. They are pretty cool though they have a threaded washer that bolts onto the spindle then the cap threads on. ill look around and see if i can figure out where they come from

Here is the start of my first drag bike. I just finished building the motor mounts and installed the chromoly 3 inch forward A-Arms. So far i have gotten everything for free except the A-Arms so MY build total is $200 so far. Im Gonna be building a one piece Hood out of the stock pieces and alot of plastic welding and cutting. Im still looking for a swingarm, but i plan to go with a +10 and a blaster rear axle. I put fat bars off an old dirtbike i had on it. Ill be building the motor this winter and getting everything powdercoated and looking pretty. Any input would be great, I plan on running stock cylinders with a drag port and stock stroke. Some 35mm carbs and VF3 reeds. Ill try to update it as i make changes. MY total budget is gonna be $3000
