  1. Ok I work two jobs. 8-5 and then go home and polish until I can't stand any longer. When I sell anything or a customers parts are finished I find time during my 13-14 hour days to ship parts the NEXT day! There is a occasion where a part slides under the seat, or I flat ass forgot to grab it, but worst case 2 days to ship. Recently I have decided to get back in the game and I have purchased several parts from different sellers. I have parts I have paid for as far back as Feb 22nd and several parts I paid for 2 weeks ago and just now the tracking numbers are starting to trickle in. I'm not in a huge hurry, but some effort would be real fucking nice. Same goes for core returns. I offer polished cores as a way to speed up the customers down time. The least you guys could do is respect that enough to rush my core back. Anyways I'm not just pointing out one seller here because it's across the damn board. If you're not ready to ship don't post your parts for sale! END RANT!!!
  2. I take offense to the redneck part... although other than my wisdom teeth mine are still intact. ..
  3. Hotrods has never failed me within reason. If you're gonna go through all the hassle might as well get a good one.
  4. i clean and inspect all parts and reassemble. i can rebuild them, or i can polish your master if you don't want to risk anything. i trash anything that doesn't meet my inspection. i am currently sold out of these, but i have about 6 cores being shipped.
  5. it can be corrected, but it takes someone really knowing what they're doing. honestly i would try looking for a replacement. i realize you don't just have a ton of access to parts, but.... i'd look for a new one.
  6. If at any point both pistons go the same direction the crank is spun on the center pin. it is out of phase. sounds like you need another crank if you're sure that's happening.
  7. Change the plug after you found the pickup coil issue?
  8. 90lbs? I'd check it again with another tester to verify. It shouldn't be less than 120. Hold throttle wide open and kick until needle stops climbing.
  9. i have 2 ready to ship. $45 exchanged $75 if you want to buy without sending back a core.
  10. are your carbs synced? maybe a lot of slack in the right cable and not opening on the right at the same time?
  11. if it's staying "stock" they're fine.
  12. oh ok. yeah do a leakdown for safe measures and if it passes jump the jetting up ad see if it responds.
  13. "power take off" the clutch side crank seal. if it's pulling air in it will cause a lean condition on only that side. i would say look to the intake area as well, but if it was a problem before the new topend i would assume the only thing not changed was the crank seals.
  14. bigger bore equals more carb signal. i would drop back down to a 25, drop the needle one and then check your wot jetting.
  15. im gonna guess you're way too lean. the dominate cylinder will rob fuel even if the compression gauge shows them really close. if it's a smooth bog its a lean bog. you might try upping your jetting a few sizes to see if it improves or worsens. i would also do a leakdown. if the pto seal is pulling air it will cause a lean situation.
  16. same bike from 89-2012 no such thing as a 2012 in the states, but nothing changed other than color combo's
  17. black chrome is very fragile. that's why most wheel companies stopped offering it. i would assume because of thickness. may work great, but i would definitely talk it over with your coating specialist.
