  10. the 34's will do just fine. you may have to run a smaller main and/or go up on your timing. you should be able to advance your timing between 7 and 10 degrees. this should compensate for the spongieness on the bottom side and the carbs will take care of the top side.
  11. I wish i would have invented the boost bottle. that is the biggest, get rich gimmick in the world. I refuse to build a bike with a boost bottle. they are ugly and get in the way of everything.
  12. if the carbs are clean and everything is where it is supposed to be, and jet sizing is right, you might need to adjust your air/fuel mixture screws. I would start at about a turn and a half.
  13. Not that my opinion counts for anything, but if you are looking for a little bit of power without breaking the bank and paying someone to port your motor and spend all kinds of money on cranks, stroker pistons, cut domes , and etc. I would highly suggest (since this is your first banshee) getting a set of vito's superstock pistons with a fresh bore, a shaved head, or aftermarket with a set of 19 or 20cc domes, and a good set of pipes like shearer, cpi, or rockets. Those little motors are reliable, fun as hell to play on, and pretty strong for what they are. There is definetly nothing wrong with going the 4mil route if you have the money, but if money is tight, i guarantee you will be satisfied with this setup, especially for your very first build.
  14. how much will you take for the grill, and a-arms. and also are they in good shape.. if you still have these parts, could you please text or call me 2513593225
  15. Sounds like a weak stator or coil. If it cranks when its cold and then hard to crank when it gets hot, it isnt going to be the rings. You need to ohm out the stator, pulser, and ignition coil. I bet one or the other will be your problem
  16. I am in need of a set of these carbs. If anyone has any please contact me via text. 2513593225
  17. I am in need of a set of keihin 39mm pwk gas carbs. can someone help me out.

  18. you will be amazed at the power that thing will have especially if whom ever you get to port it knows what they are doing. i wouldnt just let anyone do it because they can actually hurt it more than they help it. be careful because some people will charge you a whole lot of money for very little port work.
  19. I really appreciate you guys having my back on this. There are alot of people out there that think that you have to pay someone 6 and 7 hundred dollars to port their motor in order to be able to compete, but they are wrong. But what it really boils down to is people taking advantage of others that dont really know any better. I am and was not knocking cub motors at all, They are hard to beat when they are tuned correctly, but at the same time for a lot less money you can be close, beside or infront of one. I have been building and porting for years and i've seen it done time and time again.
  20. This is for everyone who is bashing the porting service on ebay. It totally got blown out of text. I wasnt saying with just a little port work you can outrun a 4mil cub, but with the prodrag portwork the right carbs, clutch , head, timing, and pipes you can. I know because I have done it. But im sure the motor wasnt tuned properly. A fine tuned stock motor will outrun a nontuned cub motor anyday. That is a big misconception a lot of people have. They think you just bolt a motor on and it is supposed to run top notch and is isnt. That is what i was trying to get at.
  21. we have changed up a few dimensions to get a few more rpm out of them. we have also changed the flange where the head pipe meets the stinger to stop all of the oil leaking all over the carbs and tranny. the silencers are basically the same with the exception of the end caps. and our chrome is show quality chrome
