  1. Also don't forget, the slides need to be reinstalled correctly, sides w/cutouts towards air filters and left slide in left carb right slide in right carb, you should see the dots on slides line up w/window on body when fully open.
  2. Assuming you have stock mikuni carbs... 27.5 pilot jet, 1.5/2 turns on air screw, 280-300 mains, needle in center clip. I'd start at 300 main to be safe n work ur way down if ur bogging down. Can also check FMF site, they have all recommended starting points for all their pipes.. Good luck n hope this helps..
  3. Try Harbor Freight tools. $45 plus tax/shipping. Item #92961 but can be copied if handy w/welder.
  4. Try Harbor Freight. Have several sizes. $45 plus shipping if needed. One I got is little different from ones in pics but if handy with welded could make one based on pic. http://www.harborfreight.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/i/m/image_13700.jpg
  5. I have a complete rz 350 motor (frozen rod bearings), is anything besides shift forks useable to build a motor for banshee? Want to build a 4mil and possibly use the PV jugs for wider powerband. Any suggestions on what can be used? Have everything - complete motor w/electronics. or should I just fix crank and sell it to get cash to mod my motor?
