  1. Can you send me some pics of the A arms? Any missing tidbits? Ready to bolt on? Thanks
  2. Thanks. Let me know what he says. And if he wants to trade his PC pipes for some fmf silencers, he knows where to go!
  3. Would love to stumble across a full set of pro circuits that are in good shape but ugly/neglected. Planning on painting them black anyhow
  4. Have a set of brand new FMF silencers just collecting dust . Been shopping around for a decent set of PC pipes but haven’t seen any decent used ones. Considering just buying new chambers. The silencers aren’t doing me any good so I don’t mind hacking them up if it’ll work
  5. Have searched a good amount and couldn't find a definitive answer... What does it take to fit Pro Circuit pipes on FMF silencers. It sounds like the FMF silencers need to be cut to run with the PC pipes. Anyone fitted this exact combo?
  6. Post a picture of your bike so people can chime in!
  7. For reference. Here is the porting on my FAST jugs. Which have ruined the un-ported experience for me. Even with questionable tuning it keeps up with my buddy’s ported stock cylinder 4 mil
  8. 4 mill is the end goal but trying to this on the 'cheaper' end of things. I asked in your for sale thread but what was your setup when running those cylinders and how did it run?
  9. How did you like the rear shock? Assuming it is still sold?
  10. What was the setup on the bike the jugs came off of? How did it run?
  11. Honest opinions on the porting/condition of these jugs? Please keep it friendly as not to discourage potential buyers..
  12. How much for the rear master cylinder/reservoir and enough overflow hoses to a complete set of stock carbs (or 2 complete sets if the price is right) shipped to 89503?
  13. The driveline jugs also seem like a decent way to go if anyone has recent feedback on those... So many options, most just keep raising the budget. For the record, this bike is pretty rough and will be doing a ground up build in a year or 2.
  14. One of my options is to buy a used already ported set, but that can be a crapshoot depending on the source
  15. Take the kill switch apart and clean all the contacts. They get dusty/loose on occasion
  16. My stock cylinders are nearing the end of their life. Picked them up used with a dune port/fresh bore from FAST. They absolutely ripped and won't hesitate to use those guys again. I would like to start with a fresh set of stock jugs and send them to FAST or HJR. I have heard mostly positive reviews on the niche jugs. Obviously if cost were not a factor, I would start with a factory set. Tempting with their low cost however. I will be sending them out to be ported and get pistons with either factory or aftermarket. There is no going back to stock after riding a nice dune port. Anyone sent cheap cylinders to a reputable builder and have any feedback? Jugs are not necessarily the place to skimp but if they work they work... I love my cylinders but it seems like sleeving and redoing the porting isn't necessarily cost effective/best? I know this topic has been beat to death as I have searched a lot of the last week. Appreciate any/all words of wisdom, thanks! Setup: Beater dune bike. +2 A-arms, mostly stock. Almost all riding is at Sand Mountain Nevada. Usually do one Glamis trip a year and Pismo once a year if possible Stock crank Stock carbs, 350-380 mains adjusted for altitude/temp. Clamp on filters Noss cool head 21cc domes. Pump gas T4 pipes (on the hunt for a cheap set of T5's or other pipes if possible). Also have FMF's on my back up bike but the T4's run better Vforce 2's. Will be moving to Vforce 4's as i need new petals and the price has come down Timing will be at +4 when i get around to installing the plate
  17. We had already planned the trip and then found out about the invasion after. Trying to get out there thurs AM to get a decent spot. I'm guessing it's going to be pretty packed
  18. Sweet thanks for the info. Hopefully won't have to ride 2 up but you never know. Hopefully my buggy holds up but we shall see. Ya it looks like a bit of a haul to get to the big dunes. Probably bring some extra gas to be safe
  19. Heading up there next weeknd for the first time and looking for some info from those in the know... It looks like the plan is to camp at the idaho dunes RV. Is there anywhere closer to the big dunes or somewhere better to camp? Not looking for hookups or anything, just out in the sand. I read the rules and they didn't address 2 up riding. Is this allowed, discouraged etc? Will need 15 gallons of race gas, is it better to get it there or bring from home? Any additional info or tips are appreciated. Sand mountain NV is our home base. Go to Glamis and pismo every year but this is the first time to idaho
