  1. What's "weird" is that it took nearly $340 to get those shocks USABLE after he purchased them from you in "rebuilt" condition. $186.46 was parts alone. I didn't charge him extra labor to replace the blown out bladders, or the brand new end caps and schraders. I also didn't charge him for the new seal heads, just the seals. I didn't charge him for the parts to rebuild the rebound adjusters that were pissing oil out of the bottom of the shocks, either. I took care of Jesse, because he was friends with Cal, and I felt bad for the guy. He was a super nice guy that got bent over. Someone had to clean up the mess. Second, it doesn't take a genius to figure out why I would want a transmission that has ALREADY been cut, before this thread was started. You mention "post up very detailed pictures and try to make me look bad". Again, basic reading comprehension skills come into play here. GO BACK AND READ MY POSTS. I said I want NOTHING more than to be proven wrong and look like a fool. "unless someone is handing you $$$ your a complete asshole". First off, this couldn't be further from the truth, and you are desperately reaching for SOMETHING to grab on to. It's painfully obvious, and it's sad, really. If you think everyone is going to stroke your over inflated ego constantly, I have some bad news for you. FYI, all the guys that I "hang out with" and talk to at night in the shoutbox, not a SINGLE one of them has EVER given me a DIME. Leaving this thread as it sits is probably the best decision for you.
  2. Hahaha Gleny. You come up with the best pictures. Sometimes makes my day.
  3. I'll bet you would cut the trans for $300 bucks. Anyone who wouldn't would be a fool. Actually, I did NOT start the black "maGic" stuff. Go back and read through the thread. I asked a simple question at the beginning, never got an answer, and moved on to another thread. Take a look at this post in this thread by Possum: Your reply, coupled with this post, threw up red flags from here to 2045. If you actually read the words in my last post, I not-so-egregiously stated that I hope I could be proven wrong. Let's address your empty threat of "never referring another customer to me"? Let's be completely honest and transparent here. You've referred one person to me. Jesse. We don't need to go into detail about his shocks, other than the fact that I ended up giving the guy $140 in parts for free, to fix your mistake. I held no ill will against you for that incident, I did what was right to get Jesse back on his bike, and him back riding, at my OWN expense, because I felt bad for the guy. I give away work and product all the time to people out of the kindness of my heart. When people call me, I tell them time and time again, "Don't waste your money on shit you don't need." I don't upsell, I don't even make a profit on a single one of the parts that I install. I, too, do this work because I enjoy it. Sure, there's headaches, broken knuckles, and blood occasionally. I know there's not a lot of money in this business, and it obviously causes people to charge exorbitant prices for basic work. Additionally, me, myself -- knows when I should, and shouldn't sell someone work that they do or don't need. I wish all of us could keep this same mentality. It seems as though selling a "secret" product, isn't the best route, wouldn't you agree?
  4. Please edit that post, Ronald.
  5. Technically the inside of the corn is digestible, it's the outer "skin" called the pericarp. The human body doesn't have the right enzyme to digest it. It's a form similar to cellulose... basically plastic. When I was having most of my stomach issues, I was given all kinds of shit, and one of the enzymes, the doctor told me, was the one needed to digest the pericarp. I should have eaten a whole can of corn just to see what happened. That's gay shit right there.
  6. If you think motor builders aren't scrutinizing other motor builders work, that's how the industry works. Most people just don't have the audacity to come out and say it like I do. Without a doubt, hands down, when a shock comes in to me that's been revalved by another builder, before I separate the valve stack, I put fresh oil in the shock, dyno it, then compare it to the valve stack I would use. That's how industry progresses. Things don't get better by being secretive. The fact is, in this industry, secrets don't make money. ESPECIALLY on such a small target audience as a single bike, in a sea of alternatives, and builders. When people start doing super secret area 51 black "majic" work on such a simple thing, it throws up red flags. It was an audacious statement in the first place to claim that there's some kind of super sweet ultimate classified trick, that warrants an additional $200 in work to a transmission. I had my tranny cut for $50 bucks, and it shifted flawlessly, and never once popped out of gear under ANY circumstance. My bike rolled down the face of a dune, and made two complete barrel rolls in the air, landing upside down. When I got back on it, it was still in third gear (where it was before it flipped). To say "traditionally cut" transmissions pop out of gear when jumping was 100% false, in my case, and in every other person's case of which I have spoken to regarding this. In this case, I would wish nothing more than to be proven 100% wrong, and to look like a fool. I have doubts that will happen though. I'm pretty good at this stuff.
  7. $300 bucks to anyone who sends me their tranny cut by cam. I'll have it nitpicked to death and post the results. with details, measurements, and extremely high resolution images.
  8. Yep, that's him. Call Cam at redline and tell him to stop logging in as camatv. He needs to be on his Redline name if he's going to advertise work.
  9. 10 bucks each on vistaprint, just saying. Email me for the .PSD file. Cumputer's only got 16 minutes left, I'll work on a shearer shirt so nutswingers can ally with eachother.
  10. Peace be with you, child of Christ.
  11. Why don't all you guys just whip out your dicks, and sick350 can go door to door with a ruler, and we'll settle this the way the Indians did.
  12. Have you called Laegar? They're only right off Winchester and Technology in Murrieta.
  13. Because it takes about 8 seconds to post the link, I'll do it for you, so everyone else doesn't have to search ebay for the pictures. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=ViewItem&item=200795261612&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sacat%3D0%26_nkw%3D200795261612%26_rdc%3D1
  14. Motors are not my forte, but the title says it's a 421, but it says stock cylinder in the description? Is this a sleeve type deal?
  15. Does it have a destination city? I know with UPS, or USPS it shows the city it's in every time it gets updated, but I dont know if fedex does that.
  16. Is the city on the tracking info at least the correct one?
  17. Bobby is selling a +4 Ace swinger. Good price too. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=157246&pid=1369023&st=0entry1369023
  18. I thought I heard that another race was already in the works this year?
  19. We're just all curious exactingly what black majic he is doing to these transmissions that no one else knows about.
  20. It's majic. Gary will tell you everything he does to his transmissions, as well as Jared. Both of them aren't doing super secret area 51 transmissions. They have been proven, and I'd put a month's salary on the fact that 99% of people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two.
  21. Ding mother fucking ding.
