Normally they're more visible but I'm eating about 4500 calories a day. I do abs every other day, 3 sets of planks with a 45 lb plate on my back, ab crunch machine, 3 sets of 1 minute side planks. 100 sit ups with my buddy standing on my feet. 3 sets of 20 Leg raises while hanging from a pull-up bar. No cardio right now, but that definitely helps. Seated leg raises where I raise my legs 6 inches off the ground and hold it for a minute. Don't let your back touch the ground while doing it.
