Mine has a case bolt that i had to remove because it had likea keeper or holder that ran over the top of the pusher

After tearing the motor down and getting a few opinions we think it was a little lean. When i got it she had stock bore then i went to ,20 and lost compression way faster than it should all though it was a cheap bore job that was done locally by some goof but i sent my cylinders to HERR this morning for a pro. job Also i shaved the head and want to advance my timing to +4 will do a plug chop when i get it back together and just want to have everything i may need when going back together

i have tried lots of things but no good results. If you find something that works let me know and i will do the same

Just wondering what you guys are using to clean your motors. Because from all your pics the motors look spotless. I power wash mine everytime we get home from a trip and it still looks kinda dirty. Wondering if anyone had a good product that there using or a good tip

That is rare to pick one up unmolested. My father and i got a 92 three weeks ago for $750 all stock other than tires and all we had to do to it was a top end. But you got a nice steal man

I thought 100 would be fine to but lasted for about two weeks then the piston skirt caught the exhaust port and the piston shatered but i got lucky when it did it 90% of the mess shot straight out the exhaust. That was with oem stuff. But thats just my bad luck lol -

I run a tire called Fast Trekker. I cought them on ebay for $70 for both of them shipped to me. They were blems that had been scrubbed on the side from the factory but did not hurt them at all. They are 6 ply and my opion hook way better than holeshots and razrr great tire and i turn them around backwards when i drag race. Not sure how to post the pic of them but i can email it to you

Ok going from 64.5 bore to 65. I am running fmf fatty gold series(junk but all i got) vitos carbon fiber reeds, reed spacers, moose filter with lid on cause all the mud. My elevation 800 above sea level and where we ride is around 700 the temp here lately has been in the 90's. Ran fine with the 64.5 but just want to have everything needed to put back together when i get the cylinders back. What size jets do you guys think?

Thanks really dont need to spend that much but will probably just go with his bore and port job for now do the crank and head this winter.

Ok last dumb question about the 4 mil crank the kit i am looking at is $795 for everything wiesco 4 mil crank fresh bore with new pistons and all gaskets. My question is do i have to do any cylinder mods or case mods? Is that a good deal? But before i send them I am going to get them ported and cant decide between kevin (herr) or jeff (fast) going to sleep on that one.

I dont know the different types of porting. I thought he was asking what kind of riding that i do and all i do is trail ride with the occasional drag race at fairs and events like that. But i thought there were like 4 different stages for trail and 4 for dune/drag. But there i go thinking again.
