  3. I am putting my Chariot performance head together and the O-ring fall out....they seem small but Chariot says they are right. Whats the best way to hold them in place for installation?
  4. These are banshee .50 mm pistons. The manufacturer ( not me) refer to the second set of rings as the oil control ring. It may be a generic set of instructions or a term used to describe the 2nd ring.
  5. This is the 1st time I have seen these expanders for the oil control rings. One member said he left them out but there has to be a reason they are there. I am going to call Riken in the morning but thought one of you guys might know what the skinny is. Just in case there is some confusion.....its the spring that they give you to put under the bottom ring. I guess its pushes out on the ring?????? Can it be left out?

  8. I have a OG set of toomeys......T-2 or T-2 off my dirt banshee. No holes or dents but defiantly dirty. Dont know what they are worth but PM if interested.

  10. I am running stock carbs and have no plans to change that. I was running a boost bottle and attribute that to cracked intake boots. I would like to upgrade but if stock intakes are the best answer thats what I will do. I see some after-market ones on eBay are there particular ones to stay away from?
  11. I searched this forum looking for the advantage of going with a billet intake. I tore my carbs off to inspect things and found cracks in my intake boots. I am not opposed to spending the money but want to make sure I am doing the right thing. If I had asked for help here in the past I would have saved myself a ton of headache. Mild porting Toomey T3 Advanced timing V force 3 145 PSI cylinder pressure Thanks in advance guys!
  12. I am running a 520 DID X-Ring chain with JT 41 tooth rear sprocket and a 14 tooth front. Any tighter wont hurt the trans bearings? I am running with a group of guys running eBay 80.00 chains with no problems. WTF?
  13. The hub for the sprocket seems true, chain is adjusted so that I have 1/2" of play with me sitting on the bike and the carrier bearings are new. My new steel sprocket looks like a chinese star at the end of my ride..........HELP!
  14. I changed out my swing arm to a 4" over and have gone through 3 rear sprockets since. I bought an x-ring chain and new sprokets when I made the swap so it was all new. I made sure everything was lined up and when I am under power on a hill ( mostly in the sand ) my chain skips and bends the teeth over. Is it possible the swing arm is out of whack with the geometry? HELP!!!!!!
  15. I found some 22cc domes on Craigs List for 45.00 and bought them. Are you interseted in the 19cc for 35.00?

  17. I have a noss head with 19cc domes and my engine builder says I need 21's. Anyone want to trade?
