  1. what ^ he said. Not only is there more oxygen in the air the oxygen in the gas varies on different elevations. So say you bought gas at 3000ft and brought the gas down to 100ft, the bike will have to be rejetted due to the difference in oxygentated fuel.

  2. alright man we'll get you to win. What do you have for money? Whats your gearing? Whats your elevation and jetting? Pull that airbox lid right off that will squeeze a lil more out of it. Tire size and what kind of tires. i know my holeshots dont hook up very well on tar but my hard compound mud sharks love the tar. You could go out and buy a cool head modquad, noss, whatever bout $250 that will def give you the holeshot. I think you'll win as is considering its jetted right, i think you'll pull off the line and by the end of that 600ft mark hes gonna be real close. Videotape the race if you can. Do you know how to launch on tar. id go out and do some test runs first practice going through the gears on tar. Depending on the power your bikes putting out you might be able to get away with 2nd gear start on tar. If you can have someone time your 60 ft times, see if starting in 2nd will benifit.

  3. 40:1 amsoil interceptor, could go 50:1 with no problems. Amsoil Expensive???? I pay 9 bucks a quart i was paying 12 bucks a pint for Klotz Benol before i switched. Also i run amsoil 10w40 in the tranny changed the oil in that twice last year at about 16 bucks a pop and everytime i took the oil out it looked fine.

  4. No its not supposed to and ive seen you have a few other posts. Assuming your carbs are clean and your jetting is right, do a compression test it sounds like you lost your top end. My blaster would do the same thing when my oil pump went first gear was fine after that was bog fest.
