yup, on the bike side there are still a few on 2 strokes, mainly the ktm riders, but even barry hawk who was a die hard 2 stroke rider, just switched over the the 4 stroke this year.

If they ever did stuff that motor into a atv chassis, it sure as shit won't be 100hp after they de-tune it,,, ya know layers and stuff.. . can't have little johnny getting himself hurt on a 100hp stock atv, ya know,, yet little johnny would have no problem buying that 100hp sled

I beleive it was last year or the year before, yamaha invited kory ellis {who was with Yamaha at the time} to take the phazer 500 sled for a test ride, to see if he thought that motor would make a good power plant for a atv

I had a 03 660, till I bought my 06 yfz. its a fun quad, a little on the tippy side, but it is a great trail machine, lots of low end grunt. Just don't get one and think it's a power house, cause it's not. but a fun quad it is. I had a 686 kit put in and raced gncc with it!

I would have bought one hope Yamaha dosent eventually come out with the rumored 500cc 4 poke twin and call it a banshee It better have a differwent name there is only one banshee, and its a 2 twin 2 stroke !

every banshee owner should have a set they are some cool too, works good on sandy hills and every time I rode with them,, no one wanted to be in the back of me, they roost shit like a mo fo :biggrin:

they are good, they hook up well in almost anything, but they wear very quick they just puncture easy and fold under turns. for the average person, they are fine
