  1. This is for a stroker no? 80 HP! jeez
  2. price lowered to $55, again these lines only have 1 trip on them and look and work as good as new. Come with streamline box, Bolts and washers.
  3. Best thing to do would be to call Gary www.quicksandmotorsports.com As far as I know they are fully adjustable.
  4. Still For Sale, I will be unavailabel this coming Thursday-Sunday.
  5. Yea, Their website is a disaster, you can give them a call at 909-388-2887
  6. $60 shipped. Money Order Only. Little story behind these. I purchased a set of Red brakelines, accidentaly pinched the end of one line in my sprocket while installing my axel (don't ask shit happens lol). So I was able to waranty them but was leaving to go ride that weekend. So I picked up a set of gray ones for the weekend because they were all out of Red. So these gray lines have a whole 1 dune trip on them. I got my Red ones back finaly and installed them yesterday. There is a slight mark in the plastic on them where the Brakeline clamps go (not pinched or anything just from the holder holding them). I can provide pics if anyone wants to see them. There is a picture of them installed in my most recent post in the images forum. (Some new Mods) I have no need for 2 sets....
  7. i agree stock rims are a pain in the ass to polish up unless you have some really nice equipment, I'd jsut buy new rims and save myself the time and effort. Mothers did not do shit for my stock rims, but I have a 200. The stock rims are actualy pretty decent quality rims though. They seem to have a better wall around the bead than douglas.
  8. A-arms Quicksand or Custom Creations Depends how much adjusting you want to do. I wanted to bolt them up and ride and liked the Heim design so I went with custom creations. Gary (quicksand) also builds top notch stuff and uses decent heims also! Shocks I was torn between TCS and Elka, ended up springing for elka elites, I plan to keep my banshee for a long time though. TCS has better valving, but Elka makes an excelent shock body and has more adjustability, both are very important. Other good shocks would be custom axis or ohlins if you have the money. I would take either one of these for sure. TCS are supposed to be similar to Ohlins, but I think Ohlins has some extra adjustability. I also heard the new fox air shocks are pretty good if youw ant to try something different! just rebuild your rear much better than stock! Everyone has their own opinions though, if you ride alot of dirt ball joints might be a better option then heims. Alba has a deal for Pro-Comp Arms Brake lines and A-arms, might check it out. Otherwise your best bet is going to be the fox air shocks for that price and some cheaper A-arms for they much. But I doubt you can get decent shocks for front and rear for that much, let alone a decent set of A-arms.
  9. So I talked with TT and theya re trying to help. Still don't know why the LED's in my switces were frying....Gogin to repalce them with some cheaper red ones, used some 1000 ohm resistors and give it another shot. (these would fry even without the bike running just from turning on an HID) I have a new Regulator Rectifier and Battery on the way to get my runing by T-day. The regulator/rectifier was shot. They told me it was probably from turning on the Halogens while the HID's were on. It's only rated for 150 watts and that ould be 160 watts. (I'm skeptical that this was the problem though) The bad regulator could have cause my Blue LED to pop since it stopped working when the ATV was running. (in fact it could have blown at the same time the regulator fried) (very well could be the case) So I guess we are stuck with a 150 watt max with the DC conversion.
  10. get a swingarm that will match your riding style. my friend is running a 7MM cub on a +2 and I plan to run a 4mm cub on a +2. if your more into drag acing than riding then you should definately go with something like a +4 or longer.
  11. stock rims, forget it, stock pipes forget it.
  12. which problem is this?
  13. sound liek thats jsut what I need then a nice easy 4 mil cub setup.
  14. My rebound adjustemnt is on the bottem of the shock???
  15. And because hes gay lol just kidding
  16. yea, pull the clutch cover off and take a look, make sure all the bolts for the springs are not loose. Better check to make sure one of them isnt about to fall off and cause some serious damage. And look for other issues as well.
  17. elkas don't suck, you can't go buy their budget shocks then compare them to TCS or any other high end shock thinking they will magicaly be better because they are elkas. Sure all the lkas shocks look familair but there is a pretty big difference between their different lines. Hell they only make like 15 different shock setups for the banshee or some shit. Hell you don't even have a rebound adjustment on your TCS! I have 4 adjustments on mine! And yes it makes a difference. Especialy the rebound adjustment and high speed compression! Best of all on mine after I get them dialed in, I can change the settings by turning a knob for shooting the hill when I get there, and change them back before I leave in about 30 seconds. I decided not to get TCS when their setups seemed to revolve around MX now, they were convinced that I needed Self Sagging fronts for MX and dunes. Mt TCS bebuilt rear is ok, but i would not hesitate to toss an elka rear on it either.
  18. honestly you won't be able to see the differenc ein the color of the paint on the bottem of the frame, after a light coat of dust it won't even be visable.
  19. lol leave it to stan the man.
  20. If it's the regular grey frame, sand it and spray some Duplicolor Metalcast Groubnd Coat on it, stuff is a very close match to the stock paint, ever so slightly mroe metallic, you would never know the difference in a spot like that though! use very thin coats, it is an almost transparent paint by the 3rd or 4th coat it will start to match, 1st coat will look like clear paint with sparkles.
  21. TCS has better valving than elka, and elka has a better shock body. I went with Elka Elite Dual Rate Dune Eddition Piggyback, they also have more adjustment than the TCS, they have hi-speed and low speed dampening as well as compression and rebound adjustment. I beleive TCS only has rebound and compression, not even sure on the compression, however their valving is awesome and having a perfectly valved shock can be better than having an improperly valved shock and alot of adjustment. So far they are great but I only have stock to compare with and need to dial them in more over thanksgiving. I do run a TCS rear and having it re-done made a huge difference. Unless your getting long travel go with a dual rate shock.
  22. mine also, but then I heard trailtech said you don't, but then again at the sand show they also said the HID's will never draw more than 3 amps, then when I talked to a tech he said they draw alot more than 30 watts at startup (and more than 3 amps, probably more like 8 or so I'm not sure!). so ???
