Kim builds some of the fastest banshees around, and would be a good option.

Its a cub with lower port timings. so it makes real good broad power, ideal for dunning and trail. do a search for serval and you will find all your answers.

There are stock cylinders, the cheetah line, and twister. here is the link to the Cheetah line. Tell me what style of riding you want to do, other wise I could spend all day going through all the different setups. Cheetah cubs are best bang for the buck and use all the parts you might already have. super cubs are just a big bore cheetah cub. cheetah, cheetah dm, and cheetah dmx use power valved cylinders, usually bigger bores, and require more modification, different heads, domes, reeds. http://www.cpindinc.com/

Very interesting. Is there something to be gained by working the "angles and shapes" of a as cast 4 mil cub? Or are they already optimized?

I don't understand why it is "ridiculous"? If i am looking to buy some new pipes (which I am), and want to make sure I get the best pipes for my application THE FIRST TIME. Why is it ridiculous? Sniper claims more HP at any rpm range, so before I throw down my 800, I want to know if this is true, the best way for me to do this is comparing against what is perceived to be the best. Does not seem ridiculous to me.

Cam, I just got a 4 mil cub, and would like to hear what you saw on the dyno between the CPIs and Shears?

I had the same problem... this is what I did. I used black electrical tape to create the design on the fenders, this allows you to see the shape, then easily make small adjustments until you have it right. Then trace the tape with a fine sharpie when you have it, then cut on the line. don't be scared, it will work out, just take your time.

I heated up a box cutter with a flame, worked well. see results below. Took me hours to decide on the front design though.

Hi Mr. super cub, Memorial weekend is a great weekend to come if you are looking for action at the hill, however, weather can still be unpredictable at that time. If you want to be close to the action, and run on alky then you definitely need to stay at egin lake campground. All of the racing action in the evening is at Crapo (thunder prior to the accident), which is just a short ride from the campground. In the day time, most of the action is at choke cherry, which is at the far west end of the dunes and is about 4-6 miles from the campground. Most alky bikes don't make it there unless they trailer to the cattle guard which is about 1 mile from choke. All of the usual suspects should be there, so bring your fastest stuff! I live 15 minutes from the dunes, and spend to much time out there. Let me know if you have anymore questions.l
