They have been pulling people over in michigan for nothing but lack of seat belt for a long time now.

Ok guys I cleaned my plugs off and checked the gap, fired it up and the thing ran awesome, started bogging a bit so I took it off choke and went to blip the throttle and it fell on its face and died. I pulled the plugs and there is oil on them. What would cause oil to build up on the plugs that fast? I checked the pilots again and they are clean. (stock pilots) Needle is on the third notch.

I haven't tried new plugs yet, think that would cause it to run good on choke but not off choke? I will try those when I get some new plugs. I am broke right now though, maybe I will put my plugs in the cleaner then try them. Also I pulled my carbs off and cleaned the airjets in both fuel bowls and felt for air coming out of the reed cages. The air coming from the right cage is very minimal but I can feel it puff out of the left when I kick it over. I can't understand this because I pulled them and looked at them and they lookd fine no gaps or cracks. I think I may have installed them upside down though, do the two lines on the outer reed cage go under or on top? Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it.

Check the black and orange wires on the coil, this happened to me not to long ago. The guy had them held on with green bubble gum.

My buddy has the tors on his 01 banshee, we unplugged the box to the left of the steering stem and unplugged the carbs, what else has to be done? It wont get any spark after we did that. We hooked it back up and it runs. Are the newer banshees and blasters different than older ones? His blaster was the same way.

Ok guys I have assassins creed and harry potter and the order of the phoenix for PS3 I am looking to trade for other games not too picky and if the game is right I may trade both for one game. Here are the games I already have. Oblivion, Mx vs atv untamed, motor storm, sonic, fall out 3, guitar hero world tour and guitar hero legends of rock. I may also trade motor storm and fallout 3 I also have some psn downloads I want to trade for other downloads.

Oh sorry yeah I learned my lesson about putting the slides in backwards about 2 weeks ago lol. The slides are correct, Has good spark runs great when I first start it, when Its time to pull it off choke I do and when I give it gas it bogs out and dies. I don't have a compression gauge right now (I traded it for a chevy 350 along with a set of sk tools ) But the compression feels the same as it did before when I first got her. Does it sound like it could be blown up?

Dude I always follow peoples advice, in fact yesterday after everyone was poting me advice I was going out and checking it after I already checked it to begin with. The only thing I did not check yet was the petcock. I am having a buddies dads friend look at it, I guess he is an engine wizard and builds a arms and swing arms and races so maybe he can help. Edit: Oh and my fuel bowls are exactly the same, so maybe they were taken off different carbs or something. Would that cause a problem? (shouldnt it ran good before)

I have the bowls on the correct carb, though they are exactly the same. The rubber was from a piece of fuel tubing as far as I can tell, needle valves look good, I did not mix oil and my choke tube is on. I was thinking needles but I had them in before and it ran great. Overboost, where are you located? Anywhere by burton? I might take you up on that offer just to see if it cures the problem. (If it does I will just buy new carbs) The only changes I have made since it ran good were the floats.

Yeah I will try lubing it that makes sense, I sqirted w-d in it but I am sure that didnt help in facr in retrospect I think it was probly a bad idea. That was the only thing I never replaced on the blaster.

Ok I would really appreciate it if some could take a common household item that everyone has and measure their float with it so I can adjust mine. ( I know it sounds like a messed up way to do it but I really have no other way, Unless one of you canadians would like to send me a ruler? :biggrin: )
