I forgot to mention they have registration services just outside the gate, the MWR repair shop Across from the dry side. so you just bypass the DMV cause the socal DMV suckass. for your cars, quads,rv's etc.

Its a blast. I lived in SD for 3 years and rode every chance i got. except in the hot weather. if you need some paddles i have some for sale that are at a buddies house. I left them there when i moved back to Va. Use Skat Trak Haulers for dragging and i would suggest Sand Skate ll paddles or ITP Sand Stars for duning.

Glamis Paddles of course, you can find good cheap sets on Craigslist. Helmet and flag of course 1. You have to buy a Dune Pass for the weekend or buy a whole season pass. 2. if your bike is out of state you can either register it in Cali and they will give you a sticker for 2 years i want to say my bike costed 75 bucks or you can buy a out of state sticker for the season. personally i would say just buy the out of state sticker unless you plan on staying in Cali for a long period of time. I think its 20 bucks for the year, if i remember correctly. Remember to always wear your helmet even if unloading your quad in camp. They will pop you especially on big weekends. Tons of fun out there. I would recommend a handheld GPS and put in the coordinates for the major hills. These are easily found on the Glamis site i believe or the pamphlet onsite. Open fires are allowed just no pallets or wood with nails. Pack it in and pack it out. Just my 2 cents.
