  1. lol okay sorry didnt like english much! I was out riding today for about an hour and when we decided to go eat we headed to the bar on the road i was haulin ass hit 6th and ran for approx 1000yrds 7 to 10 second of almost wide open throttle and when i let up on the throttle the rear end locked up and started sliding, so i pulled the clutch in and coasted to a stop and looked it over and then kicked it over and it started up rode back to the truck which was about a half hour and it was still pullin just didnt stay on the throttle hard in 6th and she was good i was thinkng maybe going to 350 main jets?
  2. the banshee locked up in 6th today when i was out riding i pulled the clutch in rolled to a stop looked at everything thought i toasted her and i kick her over and she fired right up any idea what it could possible made me lock up in 6th almost wide open? i have 320 main jets with t5 pipes, vforce reeds and bored .20 over stock any ideas?
  3. got the banshee back today he put the needles at the lowest setting and ran the 320 main jets it is running great thanks guys
  4. its a new shop called the dirt lab my buddy is a mechanic for team soltaire in motocross he called me earlier had the banshee running said i need to change pilot jets told him to order what it needs.... ya i cant wait to go to the dunes i heard some amazing things about it i cant wait til i get the chance to go!
  5. never been i got a set of paddles for it also so i want to!!!!! i told him if i get over a $100 call me cause i know its just jetting just sucks cause i dont understand these machines yet i am learning tho! where abouts are you?
  6. i live at about 83 ave and peoria work at 101 and cave creek the bike is misfiring and when it is hiting i am gettin backfire.. the guy i bought the bike from is a idiot and hasnt helped one bit as far as what he has all done to the bike... i dropped it by my buddys shop at the dirt lab at i-17 and deer valley just hope it doesnt cost me a left nut lol!
  7. that can take a look at my banshee and tell me wtf is going on with it lol thanks chris as far as i know here are the mods bored .20 over stock t5 toomey pipe v-vorce reeds and its mixed 32;1 klotz it has 320 main jets in it now i think it was set up to ride in oregon i live in phx az lol so i know there is a huge elevation change any recommendation would be great thanks

I have a banshee 350 bored .20 over t5 toomey pipes, v force reeds, and a wicked intake manifold i believe thats what its called anyway the main jet in her is a 330 just feels like i am not toping out i didnt have a 325 or 320 jet so i tried the 310 and then she came alive in the lower end put was running lean so i put the 330 back in until i get 325 or 320 i might just buy a set of both, do you guys think this is my issue or do you think its goes deeper into the bike thanks
  10. no i meant it has toomy t5 pipes and intake reeds i could have would tangle up too lol this is my first banshee! I LOVE IT!

So i talked to the dude that owned the banshee before me and told him that he was full of sh** about it being bored to a 450 he said thats just what yamaha told him he had it bored 20 over he said it has toomy pipes and reeds on it what does it being bored 20 over mean and is that something that is possible or is he bullshitting me once again thanks for all the help!

  17. i was just going off what the dude told me and gave me some receipts for the work idk i just got fun quad thats all i know bro lol
  18. sweet..... i only have 2 gallons in the bike and i ran it for a hour or so so it maybe has lil over a gallon can i just add 32:1 instead of draining the tank of the current 16:1... even tho it ran great today just the low end felt a lil weird this is my first time on a banshee i have rode 700 and there powerband is nothing compared to this thing it scared me lol i love the sound
  19. so i put 2 gallons in with 16oz of oil ran it for about hour and a half should i drain the tank or add more fuel?
  20. i ran it today like the guys who sold it to me said which was 8oz to a gallon of fuel and it ran good and fast just seems like its rich... idk tho
  21. I just recently got a 98 banshee 350 bored to a 450 with a couple more mods the guy that i bought it from said he runs 8oz. of oil to a gallon of gas is that right i just dont know i just got the beast and dont want to f it up thanks
