  1. no , im just trying to get my suspension done for presidents day. i honestly dont even have the power needed for a longer swinger yet but i have a poblem leaving anything i own stock . ive had my shee for less than a month and i already am getting ready for a 4 mil cub and ordered most of my suspension. compared to my other two whips these quads are cheap to mod.
  2. ive never had anything turbo'ed yet. but wait until you see my project SS truck , ill b eposting pics of the progress soon . im just getting the rest of my motor parts right now. but goal is 1100+ awhp with around 1500 at the flywheel, lol in a 5500 lb truck with awd. and dave that 67 is gorgeous , that is my dream muscle car. i plan on building a pro street 68 in a year or so.
  3. wow i didnt know that, if the stocker work than i will use them until i upgrade my swinger and change all the lines to SS. thanks guys , if i get my arms in time i can take them and put them on at the dunes lol.
  4. ill be there the same dates, i did however add a coolhead yesterday so it wont be completely fair. imo i didnt see a huge gain though im only at 150 psi with 18cc domes at 1500ft. here is my shee, except i pulled all the foot stuff and front bumper ,
  5. got a set of wicked a arms , +2 +1 coming . how long do i need to extend the brake lines? i'd assume 2 inches but im unsure. i didnt opt for their lines because i can get them made for next to nothing. so i hope someone can help me out.
  6. im leaving wednesday , ill be out there in our discovery motorhome and hauler. im kind of nervous about driving it since its 70 ft long. ill be taking my shee to the dunes for the first time since i got it a month ago. look for this banshee.
  7. i will put money on the camaro beating the challenger and i do agree it wont smoke it with the ls3 but the ls3 will be limited in years to come. i guess its all in your opinion then on looks i think chevy did a better job with using the old school look as well as integrating a new look . imo the challenger has alot of the old look and not so much new. you drive your challenger and ill drive my camaro. maybe we will see each other at the track!
  8. wait for the camaro , it will not only look better but will flat out smoke the challenger srt8 . the weight alone helps the maro but also having more hp and a better 6 speed manual or 6 speed auto option , even with the 6 speed auto on the maro its still fast .

  12. 2004 silverado ss awd , forged 370 motor with vortech t trim blower and direct spray nitrous , meth injection, custom interior, baer 6 piston big arse brakes wght is 5500 runs 11.1@121 in the 1/4mile the current setup is being pulled out for a lsx 427 with twin turbos goal is 1100 to all four wheels and mid to low 10's. Daily driver 2002 Camaro SS t56 6 speed, 4.10 gears, fikse 17 inch wheels 17 x 11 rear w 315's line lock full kooks exhaust and alot of bolt ons runs 12's on pump all day in the 1/4

  14. id like to know which way to go with a arms, i want it wider to handle a bit better. i already have works triples in the front but i want a little more, im not sure if i want +3 or +2 . im thinking the +2 would be fine. now who makes the best in quality and performance? asr, wicked , lonestar, etc?
  15. id like to get a little more power on my new banshee, basically stock with t5's k&n pods and reed spacer. it will be for mainly sand dunes and some dragging . i am at about 1200 ft elevation and i did a compression test and got 110/115 which isnt bad but not great. im wondering if i should go with a noss ch now or wait until summer to do some porting/hone and change rings( if its possible to reuse the stock pistons with just a hone . i plan to run 18cc domes with some 110 vp fuel. any advice?

  17. i have mt et streets on the stockers so that helps me cut some good 60fts i couldnt break 13.1's without them. elevation is about 1500 ft but the d/a is near 3000. i usually have to launch at 4k+ to cut sub 1.9x 60 fts. which is kind of scary having a stock 10 bolt with 4.10's murdering it out isnt for me really , the flames already grab your attention so you have to give some accents around the truck to even things out. besides everyone has an all black ride these days.
