I agree with the above. Sounds like a float issue causing your problems -

I have the stock rear shock off of my 04 that I would sell cheap if your just needing to update your worn out one in the rear. PM me for details if you need it. The shock itself is all black and is clean. -
I always have a good time at the badlands.... Except last time I was there I killed the motor in my black banshee and ended up parting the rest of it out cause I was buying a house. I think I have a few friends lined up to add to the group.
