  1. The one in my sig is it. That's the motor for it anyways. I bought another roller from a dude named Dekker that was too good to pass up. So the frame and plastics are his. The beadlock rims you gave me are on there, and the motor definitely has had some portwork done. Just don't know from where. Bump for a good guy...
  2. What up JROD? Did the wife give you permission to ride again? I'm the dude that bought your motor/frame from Dallas a few months back.
  3. PM me when you find out whether you have them or not. i appreciate it man.
  4. I've been to 3 auto parts stores, 2 home depots, and a Lowes. They don't carry them that thin. all of them are the thick ones with the ridges (that's what she said) like this:
  5. Network Administrator for 2nd largest Reprographics firm in the nation. Also run the largest Juggalo site on the internet....but I don't see a lot from that. lol.
  6. Anyone? Anyone?
  7. I appreciate the insight Someone. Anyone else have any suggestions? Worse case scenario...i have to get new springs AND have it rebuilt. Does anyone know a place that sells JUST the springs? And would it even be worth it?
  8. I can't seem to find the thin hose clamps for the intake boots anywhere. I'm sure one of you guys have a spare set. Care to sell them? PM me and we'll work something out. I need all 4. Thanks! Scott
  9. Hello all, A few months back, I purchased a set of YFZ450 shocks from eBay in preparation for my first Banshee build. On Saturday, myself and DallasGDub were prepping them to install on my frame with stock A-arms. Here's what one of them looks like: Both of them look basically the same. My first question is...do those springs look right? every other one that I've seen have the coils bunched up closer to the top. This looks more like a rear spring to me. Another thing that's weird is that there was absolutely NO pressure when I had the spring tensioner about half way up the threads. Did this guy I bought these shocks from fuck me over? Or is this just an older version of the YFZ front shocks? The 2nd part is, when G Dub was messing with one of them to look at the coils, he unscrewed the bottom, and this part shot out: Fluid went EVERYWHERE. I don't know if we will have to rebuild it just due to that, or if we can just add the fluid to recharge it. I guess before we get that far though, I need to know if these are even worth messing with. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, here's what it's looking like so far, minus the cool head / domes from FAST:

    HEEL GUARDS

I have some stock heel guards too. They could use some cleaning up, but i can take pics of them tonight if you're interested. PM me.
  11. As you can probably see by my post count, I'm new to all of this, and right in the middle of a rebuild. How do I find out what my pilot jet is?
  12. I have a shee that is pretty much stock on the motor. Stock carbs, ported (though i don't know by who), fmf fattys, stock airbox with vented lid & K&N air filter, and we ride at about 2000ft above sea level. Also, i will be adding a +4 timing, and a cool head from FAST with 21cc domes. Any advice would be much appreciated.
  13. Thanks guys. It's supposed to be a shitty day tomorrow here in Dallas, so I'm gonna give some of your suggestions a shot. I appreciate it.
  14. A friend of mine and I were working on the Shee build today, and ran into a question, and a problem. The first, and easiest part is how long are the motor mount bolts that go into the block? I have a bunch of random hardware that I bought from NYUK, and found some bolts that have a lock washer and a washer on it that I believe are the right ones. Can someone give me the size of the bolt that goes into it? OK. Here's the 2nd part. I bought a roller from Dekker about 2 months ago. The rear brake had the assembly for the emergency brake on there, but the emergency brake had already been removed. I bought a billet e-brake block off, and replaced the e-brake assembly. Was there anything special that I had to do for that? Or is it just a cover? I also bought new brake pads. As soon as i replaced those, I find that they constantly rub the rotor. They compress when i hit the brake pedal, but just barely decompress. I have bled the brakes as far as I know how to, but can't seem to get this to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

  18. it's going up on ebay. Do you have a crossover tube? if so, how much shipped?
  19. I need a crossover tube to replace the boost bottle that was on the motor i purchased. Shipped to 76148
  20. I contacted NYUK about some hardware for my 'shee build, and he said he had at least 3 bikes worth of hardware to ship to me for $50. What a deal! There is everything I need for my build, and a TON more. This guy is a GREAT seller..pleasure doing business with you.
