who are you to be talking man. you and the other guy must not have anything constructive to do i havent even heard of you.it must be nice when you can talk all that smack and probly are not even the one that built the bike.i started this thread anyway and my shit works.and you keep talking about pics theres already a pile of pics on here. when i have time to upload the others on here i will.

It didnt self destruct it was still running when i tore it down.It has been running for 4 months.Just in consistant thats all then we got it dialed in. What do you have man wheres your banshee at.

1st off what dont you really buy into,and the 800cc bike is the other guy posting on here not me. I will post up pic soon and better yet i will show you when its back together.

Well i know i have been slack about updates but i have been haveing alot of family problems.But any way i finally got boost off the line i with no nos.But i got to excited and maid about 10 runs up and down my friends path and fried a piston the left cylinder and blowed the head gasket on the top and bottom on both cylinders. So i took it apart and my right piston is ok but i noticed that both of my conecting rods had alot play. So i split the cases and seen that the 4 big crank bearing are junk so i have to get a new crank. The new crank will have the best of everything pinned and welded.The old crank was welded but not pinned. OH yea and i did it with ported cylinders and 4 mil crank with 20lbs boost. So thats it for now maybe i can get some pics up soon hopefully.

Tonight we finally seen boost thank god lol.sorry for not putting up new pics yet. 8psi so far i plan on being at the rock saturaday if everything goes as planned.

sorry for not posting in so long but ive had wife problems. should have new turbo and pistons mounted next week and running hopefully.

so they are 65.5 mm pistons which is 60 over correct? and how can i pay for them?

no i have not fuckin give up... right now im goin through a damn divorce...which sucks really bad. on the other hand i have been workin with the launch control on the banshee and the clutch basket exploded so i must be doin somethin right lol so now i have orderd a billet basket and straight cut gears which should be here friday. and i am still tryin to get up the money to get a smaller turbo and i have video i will put up soon.

what size turbos does everybody usually use on the banshee?

Thank you thats what i was kinda thinking.So you really dont think the dual pipes will work or just make it a lil harder to build boost.

OK plain and simple break it down to me.Why do need a plenum with fuel injection if you would plz.

it wasnt already tacd up that was running in 4th rolling at idle

today i was messing around with my banshee. if i took and went to 4 gear real slow and nailed it she come to life it was like you kicked it in the ass lol. nobody has any more opinions.

also i have it on alcohol now 4got to mention that.

already thought about that it would be easier to just get another turbo probly.

The pipes them selfs are pro circuit pipes the 1 1/2 starts at the end of the pipe. the turbo is around a t18.

the pipe is 1 1/2 y'd into 1

The fuel injection is working great,we are haveing a hard time makeing boost. the map reading is not to good but we are makeing it work.At 100 you should start makeing boost by the map reading but at idle its reading around 91 to 93 if it was below that it would be alot easier to get a base tune. but now we have 1 that is real close.My boost makeing problem we are still working on.I have the 2' exhaust coming out the hot side so i have been playing with makeing the hole smaller which seems to be helping alot.Also i wrapped my whole exhaust with the header wrap,which has also helped.Any body else have any opinions let me know.
