  1. 550 plus shipping
  2. They don't know what the read....they just see all the smartass comments mostly ...they didn't know what trenching was either I shouldn't call them anti atv....they prolly own razors but there always on my case saying its childish hobby unless your Bubba Stewart
  3. I paid $250 for trench and bore....thats where I got that price from earlier in the post...i paid a lil much for em...but he kept them like 3 days..he used to be a atk dealer and I think now about all they sale is kawisaki and used dirtbikes if you want me to do it then that will run ya prolly $19.99 depending if you want me to use the small dremel or the big one...lol
  4. Who me?....or the dude that done mine?
  5. ur right....i had few guys msg and say its entertaining but I've drug it on long enough... Tyler man don't be pissed its all a joke...i didn't mean for it to go this long some guys I work with here in Ohio were just bored inside the hotel room...they make fun of me for being on here all the time (the anti-atv) ..but anyway they read over my shoulder and see some of the remarks and smartass comments that's on here and I tried to tell em it wasn't that bad but I guess poor choice of question to prove em wrong....lol plus they got a bigger laugh outta you guys burning my ass up....thanks guys ..i guess I asked for it like I said I'm truly sorry...i might have accidentally found some site flaws for some but sorry anyone I might have offended by cursing or foul language and Tyler by the way I did take most your advice...lol once agin sorry all by the way my cases was done by a local hillclimber named Roger McNealy....cost a lil more but turn around was good and no shipping...lol
  6. Finally... I only made the above statement 3 times...i never said anywhere that I was a supreme engine builder you guys said I had no clue about building my motor "assembling" and all I said was it will run as good as any one else with the same shit done to it I'm sure calvin made his cylinders to be just as good out the box for everyone equally
  7. Its trench and bore plus shipping done got the bore size cut out though now I currently have redline cylinders that I bolted up that I would expect would run just as good as joe smoes or anyones else that has bought the same cylinders and bolted there self....thats all I ever said...why would it not?
  8. I've rebuilt and modified stuff since I was 8...ive never ran no bigger then a 4 mill shee... First time I've been in this territory but I do all my own stuff so why not try this...if it works I save $250 ..if not I'll buy a used set for a whopper $50 and send it off depending on how bad I messed the first set up as for my shit mot running as good...i don't claim to be faster....but loco if we both start with a bone stock shee motor un assembled and everything is in spec....ring gaps, squish, compression, timing down to the .001 then other then your jetting vs mine I don't see why you would have some advantage also...i don't know anyone on this site personally and or lives with in 250 miles...im not friends with any particular body either so all these "cronies" are going off there own experience but delete the thread if you want could care less...im gonna try this either way I appreciate the guys that was helpfull matt
  9. Thanx to everyone that helped I'll get it done either way....it might not hold up to the A teams standards but will run as good as any other non dyno tuned 10 super un ported thanks guys
  10. I just needed a yes or no.... and yea people left me msg's last night after I started this post...i didn't start the post to argue when I made the post and I expected the usually faces to write something about spending the cash and doing it right....well I would go that route but I like trying my own shit...as for asking advice yea I basically done the same stuff Tyler said before I asked him...it was just assurance but you guys blow it outta portion
  11. my inbox got flooded with guys pming about how the site ain't what it use to be...and I hate this because I love the site...but if people doesn't do what you do then there stuff is shit...
  12. yea....my thoughts exactly if I take small amounts and keep setting my crank in and out then its very do able and skeeter thanks for backing up my statements about the site going to shit..
  13. 650 shipped???
  14. Yea...its Sunday I'm gonna call a few guys I've dealt with in the past tomorrow... i work outta town on a 17on 4off schedule and I brought my cylinders and cases with me to polish and sand in the room here...lol
  15. I knew I would get these comments back from reading everyone's other posts lately... lol but honestly guys if there was another option I would take it and skip all this junk...i figured ahh hell I just ask the HQ and see if any builders cared to share there trenching techniques...im not asking weather or not I should do this...if I could I would ship it to cam...but unless I sell that duner frame then looks like its up to me to make the first climb on may 10th
  16. Yea...sites getting bad for downers instead of guys just answering the questions I will prolly never have a dm but yea my small motors run just as good as any others...i mean as far as drag stuff I never been off by a .10 or so to what guys with the same stuff post???? I never said I'm a builder...i don't port my own shit...what I did for guys was no more then clean up....freebies if I had a 18dm ported by cam I would think with enough time it would be just as good....you was born with the same tools as me why wouldn't mine be as good?
  17. I never said I was a machinist...i got cutting tools and a tig welder in the garage....i would try this even if I eyeballed it....as long as I take my time and don't take to much as long as the crank clears everything then its runable....i have 4 different pics of cases trenches bybdiferent builders with mics showing the measurements and all of them or different...one has 3.5mm trench 4mm deep..ones 30mm wide 3.5mm deep...so as long as I'm between the two it has to work...all these engines I know ran great....but I'm no machines just a dude that doesn't care to try things on my own...ive ported a few dirt bike motors for local guys as well as welded busted cases....i did my case boring with a die grinder with a so called diamond cutter tip...
  18. Trench width is 31.5mm and 3-3.5 deep
  19. Y'all wonder why this site is going to shit... i guess none of these builders that do trenching never had a first set of cases to try on...maybe its a natural talent,is that it? thanks for the pics starwriter but i have all the measurements and numbers i just needed a yes or no on bottom cases... i also already made my 74mm cylinder fit the top case....i don't think this is that big of a deal i do all my own work and my stuff runs as good as anyone else....
  20. That's the plan....i had money until a couple days ago....i don't need motor parts...i need shocks and tires still
  21. I agree but I know its a risk..i think I can pull it off but I still got parts to buy and my budget got killed the other day when $6,800 in income tax hot took for an old student laon my wife had from 2008....came outta nowhere an screwed me
  22. Seriously..... anyone else wanna chime in with something useful???
  23. Attempting to trench my own cases for 10 mill 115 rod...my question is do I need to do bottom and top or just top...i already have the measurements....any info will be a help matt
  24. Bare frame only $650 plus ship and fees obo
  25. Its for sale too...matching front and rear....its not quiet black but a black cherry look....its the guys I got this frame from....ill find out what he wants for it
