    2004, blue and silver, (built by yours truly) stock stroke, ported cases, cylinders, shaved and chambered head, T5 pipes, 2:1 filter, 1/4 turn twist throttle, + 6 timing advance, runs VP C12/yamalube 2-R 32:1,Toomey radiator, power reeds ported cages.

  2. It sounds like you have the slides swapped from left to right. They fit but only backwards make sure the cutouts are facing towards the back of the bike, or the vac. choke tube between the carbs is not hooked up. If you did anything with the needles make sure the vent holes in the slides aren't blocked by the needle keeper.
  3. Hows it going? Ive been Toomey racing's tech for the past eight years. So I've installed a ton of TORS eliminators. You need to unplug the whole TORS system incl. two conectors going to the carb caps, TORS command unit located left side under the tank (small black box with one connecter) also unplug the throttle switch follow the wire from the throttle to the plug allong the steering stem behind the rad. (DO NOT SPLICE ANY WIRES TOGETHER) try that first then move on to the carbs, vac. choke tube, slides. As for the fuel leak the needle and seats dont last long.
