Thanks thats pretty much everything you need to know. i have another question.... i have a cheetah cub motor on my bike with timing advanced 4 degrees or whatever and im wondering if i can just bump it up to like 5 or 6 and go with it. or what are the things i have to do in order to do it thanks. -
i know they arent the favorate around here but...., i have some black raptor/ banshee plastics they are in real good shape i like them i just would rather some full bores. so if someone wants some raptor plastics for a banshee let me know what you have. i think they'd be worth full bores or somehting nice! let me know. thanks. i also havve some nerf bars, couple sets of gold rims and silver with some wore stock tires, set of purple plastics with OVERSIZED TANK. also have 2 SWINGERS one is metalic GREEN. i will trade all of it for something i need. im looking for some paddles!!! or just some things i could possibly use. let me know what you have. i will work with you however i can. pm for pics. thanks.... oh and also have STOCK CARBS

Yea i did that and it didnt have a spark. so where do i go from there what do i check. -
my cuz has an 02' that is built and it isnt firing. we switched the coil out and that wasnt it. so i guess it is left to the cdi box or stator, right??? when we tried to pull it off the lights came on but no fire at all. so how/ what do we check to see what it is thanks.

Aight well i got the bike. runs pretty good. only thing bothers me is when i have clutch pulled in it still moves/wtf? :shrug: and also it is pretty hard to down shift like real hard again... wtf??? and also a lil oil was spattered where the exhaust connects to the jug. can anyone please help me and tell me whats goin on thanks. it has a lock out clutch and i didnt know if that was why it was hard to down shift thanks. its my first lol.

wow thanks for the imput i dont think you can ask for much more help :thumbsup: but i forgot to say i we did change the coil with my old one wich works.. along with the plug wires also. and still wasntt firing. so cant be coil or plugs wires or ends. and i was thinkin cdi could be bad. and dajogejr, i dont think he was running wide open racing or anything he was just heading home and ran out right before he made it in drive way. but man this is great info thanks yal keepn it coming. i will change cdi today.

my cuzins banshee just acted like it ran outta gas one day and wouldnt crank back up. well after putting new gas in it still wouldnt crank. checked plugs and there was no spark. but what gets me is when we tried to pull it off the lights came on. so where should we go from here? what to check? any pointers would be great thanks.

sorry yal i just looked at the dispacement chart which is great by the way. and its 68mm bore and 4mil stroke so it would be a 421.whatever tthanks yal for the info just wondering what kinda power i will have so i can talk shit to my cousin lol. his has like 70 so it still runs but any imput pointers are great!

cool i might keep them idk what kinda power they make compared to others. the bike is set up for mx. im mostly gonna drag and dune it tho. i think he said they are mids he had the bike built tho so he not real sure on details tho. but it is 4mil stroke long rod with 68mm pro lites cub cylinders... so what would that make it? thanks for the input man.

lol my bad 35s... not really sure what pipes they are :shrug: its on here in for sale forum as decked out banshee. they are weird looking dont really no too much about them i was planning on changin em. they are fat boy 4 silencers on them. but they arent reg pipes they donnt run straight back they curl up by front of motor then go skinny all the way to the back????? what would be a better exhaust for more power?? thanks man.

im wondering what kinda power to expect outta a 4mil long rod, 68mm wiseco pro lites, v force3s, cool head w/20cc domes, cheetah cub cylinders, 3mm kehin PWK carbs, uni filters, upp intakes, im getting a banshee with this motor in it wondering what kinda power to expect like 75+ or what??? it also has +4 timing. thanks for any info. also wondering what kinda riding maintenance i should do or not do. thanks yal...

i dont really know what it is worth but i think 2500 is a lil too high so make it 2000 obo. the seat is flames. it has white plastics to.

I have an 02 shee i just got im trying to sell. it has flame grill in it. renthal handlebars, moose racing throttle cover and brake res cover, it has the TORS eliminater kit on it it says terry cables racing on the top so i guess that who makes it. i has pro circiut platinum pipes with a lil rust on em. it has k&k racing seat cover i took the graphics kit off. i never rode the bike but couple times because it was running bad ont the bottom end til you get into the power band so it needs some tuning. im sure the carbs are jetted it has one big air filter on it like a 2 into one set up i think it says tt5 on it. NO AIR BOX i have extra .20 pistons that are new and air box to go with it. im wantin to get around 2500 obo. need the money. sorry no pics if your local come look at it. if interested pm please ill get backwith you asap. sorry no picks.

I have an 07 can am outty 650 im looking to trade for a banshee or other quad of equal value! or a quad and cash however we can work smtn out! it has hmf, uni air filter, a power commander wich was tuned by john cannon(MaD Motorsports), also has renegade foot pegs wich are way better than stock outties imo. also has a dalton clutch spring(green), it has 29.5 outlaws on ss108 black rims(the bike is red), all vents are ran up*(crank case, transmition, and gas tank vents), it has about 750 miles still runs very strong very smooth with it being tuned. has a new belt on it. if you have any questions i'd be happy to answer them. let me know wahat ya got!!!! email to make sure i get it! Where to get one of these ''books''? but really wouldnt yal agree that there are enough ppl on here that are willing to help somebody out that he could just make a post on anything he needs to know and someone would help him? i didnt know anything about them a week ago and i've been reading this sight and i've learned ALOT! and when i get the money im tearin into mine. i think banshees are like 350x's and 250r's priceless. they're worth redoing from frame up my $ .02 -
Sorry to be off topic but this sight is great man yal have great info and are really helping ppl out. thats cool :cool: also are yal saying the CPI's are working against him because they are for more of a speed/drag bike than a trail bike? and what kind of porting are yal saying goes with them. cause i plan or building an aggressive play/drap bike soon and i have pro-circuits and if cpi's are better for me and you want some pro circiuts pm me if you wanted to trade or something.

i dont have pics its just an old 99' wolverine needs to be rebuilt(smoking pretty bad) has new kehien or whatever aftermarket carb on her... paid 250 for carb new. and carb is still pretty new. it has snorkel and fmf exhaust stock brute force 25'' tires on it. ill trade for any banshee parts i can use/need. let me know what you have if your interested thanks>... im in pass, ms also by the coastal part of ms.

Thanks Hilarious Let me know what yal think about this setup...! this is what my cuzins banshee has done to it. trinity stage 5 head .20 over stock pro x pistons trinity timing plate +5 cool head 17cc domes(runs 50/50 race fuel and premo) said it had stronger($900) crank that has been trued and welded jigster 1000 clutches maybe cut gears cant remember some kind of alky carbs(running on gas not) think that is it but the bike runs strong and i think it is pretty reliable im thinkin of replicating this setup because it has the power im looking for and isnt stroked or anything so it probably pretty reliable. do yal have any imput on this setup. he said he had about 2000 in motor and im willing to spend that cause it runs hard! thanks again2
