i just bought a set of cpi oof and before i had t5's, i was wondering how much i need to change my jetting, right now i have stock carbs and i am going to run them for the 4th of july weekend, but also are putting 35 on it in the furture

what size dome should i run. i have a hjr drag port, cpi inframes, 35pwk, timing set at +6. im going to run straight 110 mixed around 40:1. should i go with 18 or 17cc domes? just trying to get everything out of it. also from michigan. pretty sure its sea level.

i need a stock banshee axle. i dont care what kind of shape as long as its straight.

kevin told you 85 hp. i was talking to him last week about my combo and he told me i would have around 70 to 75hp. i have his drag port with cpi inframes and 35 mm carbs +6 timing, vforce reeds, cool head with 18cc domes. but you definetley need to go plus 4 or 6 on the swingarm.

sounds like your getting cylinder pressure in your cooling system. look for blown head gasket. maybe even a warped head. or the worst could be cracked water jacket in your cylinder. -

im trying to remove the axle from the hub to get it powder coated and put new bearings in it. i have it in the vice and am beating the hell out of it. it wont move a bit. im beating it from the sprocket side. is that right? am i doing something wrong?

this definetley sounds like timing is way off. maybe cdi is bad.

my buddy has stock carbs on his rdz drag port and it runs pretty hard. it will only see the sand dunes and most of the time it will be at the drag strip. but i will still ride it around and screw with my buddies on there 4 strokes. i guese my question is how much faster will a cub be than the drag ported cylinders?

i would go with a adjustable timing plate. $50 for a billet one from herr.

I cant make my mind up on what to get. what will the power difference be between cub cylinders on a stock stroke crank vs stock cylinders drag ported by herr jugs? they will be ran with cpi inframe pipes on stock carbs. what would be a better set up?
